The three Orc see A man wielding a large weapon and a stone man in front of them and swing their weapons at them.

Balder doesn't avoid the blade quick enough and takes a solid blow, Gran't's skin is just to resilient. A large crack comes from the burning house, there is probably only a bit of time left before the whole house comes down.

Gran't' turns in panic as the wood cracks, "I will hold them here, you get those people out."
A rock pulling from the floor which wraps around his forearm on his sword arm, as a large guard.
He raises his shield and his guarded arm into a stance akin to a defensive boxing stance.

He then steps back slightly, intentionally showing an opening for the Orcs to attack. I am stepping back 5 ft, not with a 5 ft step, to provoke attacks of opportunity, so Balder can step back without issue to the house.

The house cracks again, as debris starts to fall inside and the smoke becomes more thick. Agrit remains in side trying to hold the beam from killing her wife.
The orc with the Javelin sees the 2 men running into the house and Throws its javelin.

Balder groans as the javelin hits him, but he pulls it out and runs in after Dain, bleeding severely.
Taking a big gulp of air before heading inside and shoving his shoulder under the beam, he waits and nods to Dain.

Yori dances around the Orc's, driving her blade into the already injured orc, it falls to one knee but turns to glare at the animal esque woman.
An orc remains conscious and can continue fighting even if its hit point total is below 0. It is still staggered and loses 1 hit point each round. A creature with ferocity still dies when its hit point total reaches a negative amount equal to its Constitution score.

Seeing the others having problems and the house about to fall, Lanneth makes the impulsive decision to run in and pull the trapped figure out.
She holds her breath dashes into the smoking house and pulls.

It is written that you need 3 people lifting the beat and a 4th to pull her free, which seems like a lot but with the smoke effects and how heavy it would be make sense.
Lanneth pulls Sara out, the group drops the beam and move back out into the street, Sara continues to bleed out as Agrit tries to stem the bleeding.

Balder takes up his mace and swings at the orc moving past.
"No ya don't orcky!"

He goes with the momentum and brings the mace round and up and over.

Balder misses as the Orc Goes by but connects when he has time to line up his mace better, Balder's mace comes down with a crunch flattening the orc to the ground.
The Final Orc seeing that it is now out numbered Turns and runs away, the two wounded ones fall to their wounds and die.
"Thank ye, now can ye help me move Sara to a safe place?" Agrit says while still holding a bloody cloth on a wound on her wife.

Do you know if there are any other People around? This looks like a bad raid, we need to get as many people to safety as possible.
As she does this, she quickly looks over the two dead orcs for anything of interest (loot, clan symbols, orders, etc.)
Then calls down the blessign of Mother Moon on herself to heal the damage from the axe.

"People would have been out enjoying the night, maybe some in the homes and others maybe at the Killin' Ground a bar just south of our house." Agrit says as the group helps her, the medics take Sara from you and tend to her, Agrit stays with her wife.

The group presses on, eventually coming to a well just past the Staginstar home that is now a burned down pile of wood. The stench of death hangs over this small square in Trunau’s inner quarter. Bodies of all kinds—orcs and humans, men and women, children and the elderly—lie scattered across the cobblestones where they fell. Veins of watery blood crawl from the base of the well in the center of the square, spreading from the limp body of a slain Trunauan guard draped over the side of the well. A rare moment of silence on the battlefield accentuates the sounds of crackling flames in the distance and the steady, hollow drip of blood into the well. L$

Did I find anything on the orcs of interest?
Stick together in case we get attacked. But lets look for any survivors.
Lanneth looks in the well and looks around looking for any danger or sign of survivors.

Beat up leather armor, and 2 Falchion's, and 4gp betwen the two
Dain finds a large gash in the suit of chainmail, being able to see into the body of the guard doesn't make Dain hopeful for him to be alive.
Checking the thoroughly dain finds longsword, a heavy steel shield, 10 crossbow bolts, a healer’s kit with all 10 uses remaining, 50 feet
of hemp rope, a key to the doors of the guard towers
surrounding the inner quarter (area L2), and 15 gp.
In the mud almost where Dain would have stepped on it is a potion, most likely one of curing that would have prevented the guard from Dying.

Lanneth |

Lanneth took the gold, for the group, and grabs the Falchions. When Sara is settled with the healers she hands both Falchions to Agrit for and tells them that they are for Sara and Agrit to use if need be.
When the potion is revealed Lanneth casts detect magic and tries to determine if this is in fact a healing potion.

Looking at the healing potion Lanneth looks around then motions at Balder.
Come here boy, lets see if we can fix you up.

Then she pulls out her wand and taps him with it.

She then touches Dain with the wand

Balder flexes and stretches his shoulder. then smiles warmly at Lanneth. "Many thanks Lanneth. Feel's good as new. Now, to crush the enemy. Right Dain?"

The door to the Killin' Ground is closed, noise can be heard from inside the bar at present. The windows are stained enough that you couldn't see in unless you press your face against the window. The walls of the building are unique in nature as they are about a foot from the ground, the roof is also retractable to allow rain to clean the bar out.

Lanneth stays back from the door, looking around for any dangers and ready to hex something through the doorway if looks like it's dangerous.
