Waiting for Steelgate might take a while though. But doesn't he count as an Eidolon? That way you wouldn't kill him, but only get him back to his home plane for the day.
True, I just don't know that If we "kill him" does the vessel get destroyed.
Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13
With a normal eidolon it would simply disappear. With Steelgate one could become creative and say that the spirit that animates the construct is banished and Tink keeps the mechanical hull until he can fix it the next morning.
I am going to rule that if Lynn takes 1 more step forward she blocks that path out granting anyone behind her total cover, because she is large sized now.
Lynn could you do up some stats just so I know what changes when you go large?
Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13
You wouldn't ask a lady to tell her weight, would you?
I get +2 Str and -2 Dex.
With changed size this results mostly in more damage and larger range.
AC goes down 2 points.
Reflex Save down 1.
Nope just her stats that is all :)
so a total of -3 to AC really? Thanks just so I am aware.
Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13
No, it's just two down for AC, one due to size and one due to -2Dex. As It will be used more often I'll add the large size stats to my subtitle.

I'll be at a small con Friday-Sunday and will have little time to post. Please bot me if I get behind. I will try to post.

@Raltus: I wrote you a PM
there is no notification now, I am checking it now.

Ugh, by the time I come back to check my turns it's long past. Sorry GM that I'm so lax in this campaign. Thanks for botting me.

Iko, just out of curiosity: Why did you gove your Monk Cha 14?

I did a little optimization and my goal was to become a hero, that stands out of the commoners real big and kick some evil guy ass. I was hoping to not fall too far behind on that 'kicking ass' compared to the full BAB characters playing in the game.
Now we're level 6 and I manage to one-hit monsters, which is really cool. I just notice, that I'm at the moment doing most damage. Azrael is on a similar level, and might finally surpass Lynn due to better action economy.
Seeing your last full attack, I wondered why you're at +7 to attack and was searching in your stats for the reason. I know a monk is MAD, but I just didn't find a reason to not dump Cha mechanically, as you didn't even go for Cha skills.
Personally I get annoyed when my actions in combat don't make much of a difference, that's why I wonder if you still have fun with Iko's not maxxed mechanics (and me cutting up the lot)?
If you don't care and have fun with your role play - which I enjoy greatly - that is fine. But it would suck if that big difference ruins your fun.

Ah I see what you mean. nah it doesn't bug me. I didn't minmax Iko and to be honest he's not meant to be a huge killing machine. He's more like the guy that gets in the way so others can do the slaying. Playing the Flowing monk I was hoping to get to the point where he gets in, gets surrounded and the bad guys take themselves out. Which is what the build is going for. Just haven't really had the chance to use the ability yet.
Glad you like my roleplaying though. I don't want Iko to be too dry :)
He doesn't have to do the most damage but I just want him to be a pain in the butt to the bad guys and get in the way distracting them and protecting out guys while you all do the slaying. Know what I mean?
If it becomes an issue then I'll let you know :)
I was kinda curious about Iko as well but he is going to be interesting to see what happens with him.
I am back btw
Human Paladin 3
Something I certainly want to look into is the Endless Ammo upgrade to my crowwbow to save on clips.
You could work it like a bag of holding but a clip of holding that can hold X amount of bolts but only of 1 kind at a time
Ratfolk Crafter 6 (HP 63)
CLICK THE LINK
There is an enchantment for that, basically
Do we trust you if we click the link? Could be to a youtube video of My Little Pony :)
Ratfolk Crafter 6 (HP 63)
I would never do THAT, thats just cruel and unusual punishment
Human Paladin 3
That looks good, although he will save means that at higher levels I'll be doing minimum damage all the time
Ratfolk Crafter 6 (HP 63)
There is another enchantment.
Endless ammunition, as a +2 enchantment

A +2 enchantment and how many feats? to get what is for free with a bow. Can Don get a discount on that?

I assumed, I had your reference and looked into the spoiler. After that I checked again, but can't find a reference where Sosiel tells to look under the altar.
Even after I know what exactly to search for there is no such info.
Maybe I had Aron tell you I cannot remember who I had tell you, maybe I forgot, you can take the +15 regardless.

I am leaving for a 10 day trip tomorrow. My posting will be limited to shorter posts from an iPad and likely only in the evenings. Please bot me if I get behind. I travel home on the 17th and should be back to normal on the 18th.

Just letting you guys know that I'm finishing up a couple of pbp games and will then be able to give this game much more attention. Sorry for the delay you guys.

More nasties outside the temple

Azrael spoilered his post earlier, because he isn't here at the moment and Tink won't act in combat.
Ratfolk Crafter 6 (HP 63)
[drama] Hey, Tink has given you the best buff he is capable of giving. Every time your attack hits because of the bonus to hit, and that extra attack you get to make? That is all Tink!!! [/sarcasm]
If people are annoyed by Tink not doing anything every round I will try find stuff for him to do.

I'm totally cool with tink not engaging in combat. That's his character definition from the start.
I'm just annoyed if someone waits for him.
But I don't think that's the case here.
Human Paladin 3
Perhaps just put in a 'Tink done' to show your round is done

I think that when we are able, I will retrain Don to being a longbow user like Azreal, I was thinking 'Doom Guy' who unleashed bolts like Helsing's auto-crossbow but it is a waste of feats and actions to have to reload after every 5 shots and I don't get bonuses from strength like a longbow user does.

You should look into the Gunslinger Bolt Ace archetype. maybe some levels in ther will help get you to where you wanna go.

Apparently it is good to level 5 at which point you should change to something else.
I am good with Don doing that, maybe not in the middle of the adventure though.

Adventure Book then? I thought of Adventure Path as I read it and that totally makes no sense ;)
Yes book, you can at the end of the book if we don't find a solution, I mean you really can never fire more than 5 shots a round can you?
Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13
Well, Don took Exotic Weapon Prof(Repeating Crossbow), Rapid Reload, and still can't do with it what every standard archer can do. But another archer in the team would be a pity roleplay wise.
Why not redo all of that with a slight rule improvement: Rapid Reload with Martial Weapon Prof brings the heavy crossbow reload down to free action.
Then he could use all other feats like with the bow and have a fun crossbow specialist. No need for exotic weapons. That Bolt Ace is interesting anyway, and for the additional damage maybe ranger with crossbow style to get some extra feats.
