DM-Camris' REIGN of WINTER Part 2: The Shackled Hut (Inactive)

Game Master Camris

SECTION TWO: Strolling through the Howlings
The winter portal has closed, but the heroes now find themselves trapped in the frozen land of Irrisen with an urgent quest—to find Baba Yaga! In order to track down the missing Queen of Witches, the heroes must brave the monster-infested capital city of Whitethrone, where Baba Yaga’s Dancing Hut has been captured and put on display. Will possession of the miraculous artifact lead them to the Witch Queen, or will they die a cold death at the hands of Irrisen’s White Witches?

Lady Argentea's Chamber wrote:
The scent of perfume fills the air of this small bedroom where several dresses styled for a Taldan noblewoman lie neatly arranged on the bed. A mirrored vanity and chair sit by the door next to a wooden chest, and a larger mirror hangs on the wall between two windows.

you spend some time searching the room, and aside from the dresses which do seem to be taken from lady argentea's stash, there's no jewelry or valuables. the lock itself on the door seems to be a very simple lock set up as a decoy.

I think it was that dude that jumped out of the window on this floor. He found the tied up people, and since they do know how to use the teleporters, well you know...

Ten-Penny suddenly finds herself flanked. Not only that, but Giacomo is being threatened. Which means Ochre needs to go first.

Question to the party: Will we be resting after this? I'm pretty tapped out, not sure if I have the resources for the final boss here.
Also, should I be a little more proactive? The consensus is that offense is better than healing, but I think I'm a decent buffer and pretty good at keeping you all alive.

"Ten-Penny, get your butt over here, I can't heal you without getting trampled by everyone, and there's too many people to channel without running the risk of them standing up!"

Giacomo then turns to Volan.

"This is your last chance, buddy. You saw how we beat up your Cleric, just like we did yesterday. Only now we're not as forgiving, as we know it'll be futile. Gondork may look silly now with that goop on his legs and his empty eyes, but I can assure you, that can change real quick. So this is your final warning: Just let us do our thing and we won't beat you lot up again. We might even consider letting you go after this. But that all depends on how nice you'll be in the next few moments."

No real intimidate intended, just some flavour. I'd even be willing to use my swift-Enlarge on it for funsies, but I might need my turn for healing TP.

Unfortunately, Penny is deaf... But she'll look for you anyways, otherwise she will be unconcious...

Ten-Penny has taken some grievious wounds, and it is a miracle she is still standing. She quickly (yet slowly) withdraws backwards towards Giacomo, in the hope he has some healing left.

Still capable of doing stuff due to Orc Ferocity (once a day I'm not unconcious due to damage). If I'm not brought up before the beginning of my next turn, I will fall down.
