Ten-Penny Tacey |

Whelp, new targets
Since they so gracefully offered themselves, Ten-Penny will slash them. (but carefully, combat expertise)
Primary target is Purple, then Green. Otherwise 5ft step and then Red, if Arwyn kills them before I get the chance.

more chunks of ice litter the floor, as giacomo pulls out the alchemist's fire and takes on Gondork's blindness, fuming mad at Radosek
@gondork's up, then the baddies

Griffin Master |

possibly not. i haven't kept a history for this combat, so might have missed it on the map. updated now.

Griffin Master |

the goat walks up to gondork, and brushes him with his horn, but misses. looking like a ninnygoat. Radosek hangs back, flying above the fountain in the gale.
"You F$+* up our plans!? you come to my home, and you whine about a pithy Domovoi? a speck!? You defy the White Witches of Irrisen fools! You are beyond saving."
-- round 6 --
Nadya reaches for Giacomo's flask, and hurls it, but it splashes into the wall, showering over the elementals, and a little on gondork and ten-penny. One of the elmentals burns up though , fizzing in sludge. a bit blue slushie.

Arwyn Fynolt |

Round 6
Keeping it simple, Arwyn fired rapid shot, point blank, precise shot to the green one. (Then red if green goes down.)
short bow attack: 1d20 + 8 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 8 - 2 + 1 = 13 for a possible 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 2 + 1 = 8 piercing damage.

Thirteen left... She thought tightly.

Giacomo Rumble |

"Mister, listen to me. If we've made it this far, it at least shows how much we can do against you. If you allied with us, we'd have a much better chance at defeating them! Think of the power you'd inherit once you defeat a White Witch! That power vacuum won't fill itself, and you can be the one to fill it. But, until you see our way, I'm afraid we'll have to be at each other's throats."
Giacomo digs for his Wand of Magic Weapon (24 charges) and offers to use it on anyone who's willing. Can't five-foot step, I'm afraid, because I'm blind. Likely candidates will be Nadya, Arwyn, and Caladan.

gm_caladan |

probably arwyn best for the first casting. nadya can guide giacomo or join the melee next round
caladan swings at the green one too, but misses.

Ten-Penny Tacey |

Ten-Penny 5ft steps next to Gondork to flank Ice Green with Caladan. She then lashes at it with both her swords.
Unfortunately, elementals are immune to sneak... If green dies, the second hit goes to Ice Red.

At Gondork:"Instead of protecting me, just smack these things into pieces! Use that eyesight that Giacomo has granted you!"

Griffin Master |

Ten penny shatters the green elemental, and then rips into red, who retaliates, slamming her back hard
Gondork gets grazed by the goat's horn, which sends shivers down his spine, but doesn't hurt too much. Radosek flies forward, gesturing and casting some spell, suddenly a cone of snowballs flies out from his hands, pelting the elemental, ten-penny, and gondork with snowy icy shards. (-15 cold dmg to ten-penny, -7 cold dmg to gondork, doesn't effect the elemental )

Nadya guided giacomo verbally to Arwyn to cast magic weapon on her bow in round 6, he ended up back where he started so he wasn't squeezing, and then Nadya moves forward, drawing her axe and pick "Ten-penny, step back, let Caladan heal you you look pretty hurt by that. "

Who here has ranged weapons? Nadya had a bow, does anyone else?
Giacomo stumbles forward moving at half speed so not going prone and taps Nadya's bow with the Magic Weapon wand as well.

Ten-Penny takes some nasty damage, but gets healed by Caladan to be able to still stand. Delay till after Caladan to not mess up the initiative.
She lashes out at Ice Red in hopes to destroy it.
If Red dies at the first hit, Penny will move backwards, ending up behind Giacomo / next to Arwyn.

the goat gores gondork, scraping against his grandfather's fullplate, while Radosek narrows his eyes, uttering a few dark incantations, his eyes turning black and staring up in the sky then locking eyes with Arwyn. Radoseks eyes drain of blackness which flows into Arwyn's eyes, turning black as night as she screams: "I'm Blind!"
arwyn @ fort save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

caladan moves up, underneath Radosek with just a moment of hesitation, flanking Volstoi with Gondork, and bringing his morningstar down on the goat, taking advantage of the flank to land a more precise swing, with a crunch, the goat goes down, Radosek shouts in rage.

Gondork Ramcleft |

Ugh.. flying enemies. I really need to get myself a ranged weapon..
Gondork eyes the man suspiciously, unsure what to do.
Does anybody have a ranged weapon I could use?
Delay
Will use danger sight (+1 to saves vs spells as immediate) if he targets me with a spell.

Griffin Master |

heheh you're in no danger... Caladan just slaughtered his familiar. I think he's in more danger.

Ten-Penny Tacey |

Ten-Penny wanted to lend Arwyn her cold iron arrows, but Arwyn's eyes seemed completely devoid of light when she arrives. She then looks at Giacomo and nudges her head towards Arwyn, only to realize that he too is blind...
"Giacomo, can you do something about Arwyn's blindness next? Or is that a lost cause?"
Without even awaiting an answer, Ten-Penny drops both her Short Swords and moves back through the corridor. During her walk she grabs het newly bought shortbow and fires at the flying bastard.
I don't have any shooting feats, but I hope due to the fact that he is flying, that I'm positioned in such a way that nobody is providing cover. I'm also not aware of what kind of weather penalties there are in the courtyard, so if they are there, please substract them from my shot.
Short Bow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20 for 1d6 ⇒ 1
"Arwyn! When you get your sight back, you can take some of my arrows! My quiver is your quiver!"

Griffin Master |

there's a stiff wind outside, but he's in the overhang stopping the worst of it. say a -2 wind penalty, the weather is still stormy . no cover penalty, and he's not in melee. just hits.
A ten foot icicle bursts from the ground beneath Caladan's feet, and from beneath Nayda as well, like a tree bursting forth from the ground. it shakes briefly before bursting skyward, knocking them prone and stabbing them.
both knocked prone and damaged, still in the square. the ice stalagmites remain afterwards, providing some cover like 10 ft. pillars. and becoming difficult terrain to move into the square.

School conjuration [cold]; Level druid 3, sorcerer/wizard 3,
witch 3
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S, M (a small stalagmite-shaped crystal)
Range close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Effect 1 ice spear/4 levels
Duration instantaneous
Saving Throw Reflex half and see below; Spell Resistance noFavored by the spellcasters of Irrisen, this potent spell can disrupt spellcasters, topple enemies, and break even seemingly unstoppable charges.
One or more giant spears of ice lance up out of the ground. Each stalagmite-like icicle affects a 5-foot square and tapers to a height of 10 feet. You may cause a number of ice spears equal to one spear
for every 4 caster levels you possess to burst from the ground. A creature that occupies a square from which a spear extends (or that is within 10 feet of the ground below) takes 2d6 points of piercing damage and 2d6 points of cold damage per square—creatures that take up more than 1 square can be hit by multiple spears if your caster level is high enough. The explosive growth can also trip foes. When the spears erupt from the ground, they attempt a combat maneuver check to trip any targets that take damage from the spears, with a total bonus equal to your caster level plus your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma modifier,
whichever is highest. Each additional ice spear beyond the first that strikes a single foe grants a +10 bonus on this combat maneuver check. If the check is successful, the ice spears knock the foe prone. A successful Reflex save halves the damage and prevents the trip attempt.
If you cast this spell upon an area covered with ice or snow, such as a glacier, frozen lake, or snow-covered field, the spears strike with additional force. Saves against the effect take a –2 penalty, and the spell effect gains a +4 bonus on the combat maneuver check to trip foes.Ice spears created by this spell remain after they do their damage, creating diffiucult terrain. They melt as normal depending on the surrounding environment. They no longer damage foes in their square, but can provide cover. An ice spear has hardness 5 and 30 hit points.

"Hah, you think you've got us beat with your blindness trick, but I'll have you know that I happen to be a specialist in removing these kinds of things. You're gonna wish you hadn't done that!"
Giacomo dismisses the blindness on Gondork if it wasn't already, I think it was, walks over to Arwyn, and taps her, taking over her blindness.
Under his breath, he mumbles, "better make this count, this was my last use of the day."

Ten-Penny Tacey |

Due to some ice pillars suddenly appearing, Ten-Penny needs to walk outside in order to properly hit her opponent. Outside, she fires a single arrow at the flying threat.
