Maddok |

I think I spelled out my shopping list for Yahirma several posts back.
By respective forms do you mean human-form or tiger/lion and the Beast?

Maddok |

Maddok would argue against the idea, citing that he's worried he won't be able to keep Shu-Ak’eh-Di from going too far.
But eventually, he'll relent. =P

Xerath |

Well I wanted to wait until after my sidequest was finished to ask Yahirma IC to craft stuff.
But this is what he'd like crafted.
Upgrade Headband of Wisdom +2 into a Shifter's Headband +6 = 17,500 - 35 days
Upgrade Belt of Constitution +2 into an Earth Elemental Belt = 10k - 20 days
Upgrade Cloak of Resistance +2 into Cloak of Resistance +4 = 6000 - 12 days
Boots of Elvenkind = 1250 - 3 days
Gloves of Arrow Snaring = 2000 - 4 days
36750 spent.
Yea, I'm sorry Yahirma..

Appario Lind |

Does Appario, Derek, or Yahirma have anything to say regarding Maddok's and Xerath's news of an undead army?
Maddok and Xerath: By the way, if you want the others to know anything specific that you discovered, it would probably be a good idea to mention those things. There's no guarantee that everyone reads all the posts that don't apply to them!
The updates are appreciated. I did stop reading pretty much everything over the hiatus.
I did occasionally do a page search for keywords like "Appario", "Abadar", "naked nymphs seeking rich manling", etc. but certainly didn't read everything.
The updates of important stuff is appreciated.
If we're done with all the side quest, split party crap, I'll begin checking these threads regularly.
Awesome.

Maddok |

Well there's a lot that still needs to get done on a side quest basis but I think most of it can be retconned. Yahirma alone must have five different threads waiting on her.
That said, I agree that it's time to regroup. Now get to posting. We need someone to creatively refuse to acknowledge the situation.

Zedda the Crass |

_________ can't come to greet the party, because he's contracted a rare form of the plague that condemned ____ to the chamber pot?
________ had a birthday party, and all of the _________ in the ______ union had to attend.
________ is currently infested with botflies. Best wait until they die off.

DM Are |

Just a tiny crafting schedule update. As far as I could tell by a bit of searching and reading of old posts, the unfinished crafting projects currently on the table require a total of 125 Yahirma days and 19 Maddok days.
With successful accelerated crafting for all of that and Tarvi doing what she can to ease Yahirma's load, that comes out to 31,5 days for Yahirma and 9,5 days for Maddok. Which means all of this crafting will at best be finished on the 4th of Rova for Yahirma, and the 9th of Rova for Maddok (when Derek's and Xerath's already-finished weapons are taken into account).
That only includes Appario's, Derek's, Maddok's, and Xerath's crafts, since I couldn't find a post where Yahirma mentioned what she wanted to craft for herself.
Edit: Oh, and it also doesn't include the time required to complete Derek's armor. I don't remember if that was to only be manufactured or also enchanted.

Absolutely. Although if Yahirma wants a juju zombie or two to come along on her adventuring, she'll have to get around to making them :)

Maddok |

You're still awake!
Maddok had other crafting he wanted to do (namely make a weapon for the Beast and upgrade Extortion).
However, it sounds like we've started the next section of the plot so we may have to make due without.
Which lists of crafting requests are included in the above math?

DM Are |

However, it sounds like we've started the next section of the plot.
Yes, but which date you choose to proceed after the current IC discussion is not mine to decide :)
Which lists of crafting requests are included in the above math?
Appario: Extortion upgraded to holy, shield upgraded to +2.
Derek: Headband of WIS +2, Belt of STR +4. Armor not included.
Maddok: Belt upgraded to (STR/CON) +4, loincloth upgraded to +4. Weapon for The Beast not included.
Xerath: Everything in the post near the top of this page.
Yahirma: Nothing, but "[Several items to become even more thematically neat]" sounds like it might take some time :)

Maddok |

Well in-character Maddok would want to finish dealing with the undead before he considers spending more time at the forge.
After the ruins are clear and semi-safe again we can revisit crafting again. (Assuming some other crisis doesn't pop up. =P)
In the meantime the Beast will just forgo a weapon and uses his fists should I need to summon him.

Xerath |

Well I can drop some of that stuff to cut down on Yahirma's workload. If I just have her upgrade my headband, that's only 18 days with fast crafting. I can buy everything else.

Yahirma |

A lot of the party members' upgrades strike me as being rather important, particularly a bunch of the saves/attribute boosts.
Here's Yahirma's crafting wishlist (market price):
- Mnemonic Vestment (5,000 gp)
- Spectral Shroud (26,000 gp)
- Deathwatch Eyes (2,000 gp)
- Circlet of Persuasion (4,500 gp)
- Headband Upgrade +4 -> +6 (20,000 gp)
The shroud and shades would fall into the "thematically neat" category; the other three are just good things to have on hand, particularly given how Yahirma tends to contribute to the group's success.
That said, I would rather get the rest of the party's equipment set up before spending time on my list. There's nothing on my list that is essential, though the circlet might be a good early project just to secure more reliability in my weird social gambits.

Appario Lind |

Seeing as the crafting schedule is impacted, Appario is putting together a 'normal' shopping list in preparation of end of the fun. I believe you mentioned earlier, DM Are, that we might have time to buy/do stuff after the final act starts.
Not sure if this is final act or not. Might as well spend my loot while my fame is high after the Mayor's announcement.

Xerath |

I've figured out my revised shopping list.
Yahirma-crafted
Upgrading Headband of Wisdom +2 - Shifter's Headband +6 - 17500
The old fashioned way
Upgrading Belt of Constitution +2 - Earth Elemental Belt - 20000
Boots of Elvenkind - 2500
40000 total
and now I'm broke.

Xerath |

So I have another 2250 to spend and sometime before our sidequest I'm going to sell the bracers of armor +2 and my old ring of protection +1
And we got another 1734 from the reward when Appario returned the suits of armor to the Abadarans and to the Hellknights.
With my new-found riches, I will upgrade my cloak to +3, which is 4500 leaving me with about 3k to spend.

Maddok |

Maddok's shopping is done as well. I have money set aside for the Beast's weapon should we end up with some more time so Maddok can forge it.

Appario Lind |

Old monies: 11/8/2012, aka ancient history.
29282 gp old monies
Purchases, Take 2:
16000 Silver Smite Bracelets
4500 Wand of CMW (50 charges)
750 Oil of Daylight
300 Potion of Darkvision
4000 Pearl of Power 2
1000 Pearl of Power 1
300 Scroll of Resist Energy *2
__________________________
26850 - 10% =
24165 spent.
5117 gp + whatever misc monies we got along the way (Hellknight's armor and more stuff? I've lost track.)

Maddok |

Maddok's time up until early Rova is accounted for.
If we end up having time after these battles with the undead he can try to do it then.

DM Are |

I apologize for having fallen off the face of the earth.. there were a couple of reasons, Easter being one and me wanting to completely finalize the map and statblocks (both of which took longer than I expected) without knowing your plan of attack being the other.
Everything is sorted now, though :)

DM Are |

Derek: In light of that 19 being a miss, I went searching for reasons, and discovered that among other things you still only have a 12 Strength, which seems a bit low for someone who frequently seeks to fight in the frontlines!
And then I saw that you had commissioned a belt of strength +4 from Yahirma (which should have been made by now, considering Xerath dropped most of his crafting desires). So you should add the belt to your character sheet, or perhaps spend some of your 70,000 gold on a +6 version or a combination-belt. After all, you're allowed to buy magical items rather than crafting, even with crafters in the party :)
Also: Gallant inspiration would ensure success, even without the belt.
