10364,65gpGm, would you allow these bracers?
With a bit of change, yes.
"This pair of leather bracers each have a distinct rune, one bracer bearing a bright white symbol, the other’s symbol black as coal. With a command word, the wearer of the bracers of dusk and dawn can create an aura of light or darkness within a 30 foot radius of himself. This can be either normal light, dim light, or darkness, chosen when the command word is spoken, and lasts until another command is given to either turn off the effect or to change it to a different lighting level. Unlike most magical items that create light or darkness, the light or darkness created by the bracers of dusk and dawn is considered non-magical and interacts with other mundane or magical sources of light and darkness accordingly. You can use the bracers' ability for 2 minutes per day. This duration does not need to be consecutive, but it must be spent in 1 minute increments."
I find them to be too cheap for their spam-able sight-crippling effect.

Yep, it's 3XP/4PP. Although Part 2 grants an extra prestige in some cases, so 5.
Yush! The sheet from part 2 grants you 1 extra PP for owning the sheet, and even 1 more if the same character also also the sheet for part 3.
Nice, I think it would only be fair if a Rogue earns another rogue some points, so I'm gonna level my PFS rogue with it.
Could you post the requested info then?

StephNyan |

That means I can offer Baer, Denario, and Mavor PFS chronicle sheets for book 1, which can be applied to level 1 or 2 characters. I can offer everyone who finished book 2 a PFS chronicle sheet for book 2, which can be applied to level 6-8 characters.

Now just start to use him again :)

Denario Vasquez |

Your fame would be 5. MotfF gives 1 XP & 1 PP, and fame is usually what PP you've accumelated, excluding PP purchased, but i'd have to recheck that.
Never thought i'd see your actual name pop up around here, though. :)

What is Misarru's current PP, so I can put it on the chronicle sheet alongside your Fame?

Mavor Asku |

Oops, sorry about that GM. For my other character Denario was my only GM, think I got my monk and rogue mixed up.
I really liked First Steps though.

Imoya |

I haven't had the time (though I will eventually) to see the actions of the group prior to my entry.
Is there a level of fame/infamy that this group has for itself?

StephNyan |

@Quorthos: I don't need your current gold or PP/Fame. Your character's level 4 and the sheet won't immediately apply. By the time your character reaches level 6 and the sheet applies, his current gp and PP/Fame will have changed.
@Denario: Same story for your ninja, who I see is level 3. His PFS number would help though.
@Everyone waiting for (a) sheet(s): Will wait for the PFS number from Denario's ninja before I start reporting. I want to do it all in one go.

Imoya |

Burning down their contacts house?
yeah-no...this'll go cleanly. >.>

Here are the chronicle sheets for part 1, Edge of Anarchy:
------
Here are the chronicle sheets for part 2, Seven Days to the Grave, which you may only apply to your characters once they reach level 6:
Denario's sheet
Mavor's sheet
Quorthos's sheet
Tural's sheet

StephNyan |

Hero of the Harrow:
There is a seventh Chronicle sheet at the end of this document that allows each participant to track the benefits he gains from the deceased Zellara Esmeranda and her harrow readings over the course of the campaign. The first time a character participates in a session granting a Curse of the Crimson Throne Chronicle sheet, also give them a copy of this bonus sheet. Each volume opens up new ways to use the sheet and grants the PC one or more Harrow Points using the Divining With A Harrow Deck instructions that appear on pages 416–417.
Judging by that sentence, and the way the boons on the respective chronicle sheet refer to characters receiving Harrow Points in the Crimson Throne AP, the Hero of the Harrow chronicle sheet is intended only for actual PFS characters that play the entire AP themselves. Meaning I can't give anyone that extra chronicle sheet, because you're playing with non-PFS characters that have nothing to do with the Harrowings your characters in this AP receive.
There is, however, an eight chronicle sheet for those who will have played the entire AP when we finish the 6th book.

Baer Mytr |

Hey BaerArmers--
I'm headed down to Mexico for the next 9 days. Since it's the beachy, resorty part, they offer and should have ample wifi and whatnot. However, there are no guarantees, like some orange baboon erecting an expensive and entirely unnecessary digital wall to keep internet traffic from going to and fro Mexico...
...anyhoot, if I fail to post in a timely manner, feel free to GMPC me.

Tural Ardas |

Hehe... Orange baboon...
Have fun!

Baer Mytr |

Baer, get back on the beach! :)
With those rolls, I should.
But seriously, every post I do will be from the beach. There is so much sand here in every crevasse, that I think I have few beaches matriculating internally. I'm surrounded by beach and water and breeze.
It's glorious here...but I have wifi from my beachfront hammock and should be able to keep my posts up.

GM Lamplighter |

I've tried posting four times now in-character, and every time it ends with me either trying to interrupt Imoya's spell or attacking him afterwards. So, let's talk about this here instead.
All five other players were talking to the NPCs, and that was ignored and pre-empted, without any discussion. This is a play-by-post, so we have to be a bit patient to see what happens before we stomp all over other players' actions.
I play this campaign for the roleplaying, with the PCs and the NPCs, and for the storyline that we're discovering and creating together. I can play "combat sim" Pathfinder at any local table. I'd hate to see this campaign turn into just another hack-and-slash.
Can we figure out a way to make this work?

Denario Vasquez |

If Steph indicates the mobs have no intention of civil talk and make action to attack, and Imoya readying an action for that situation, that would be a plausible one.
Or even, if not waiting for Steph, a charisma check (body language) from Imoya vs a perception/sense motive from you.

StephNyan |

The way the situation would've played out without Imoya's attack is as follows: the thugs would be very reluctant to approach you any further and would try to call you out. A few more words would've sent them on their way. With Imoya's attack they're all dead, unless one rolls a natural 20 on his save. In the latter case a lucky thug would unconsciously cling onto a last string of life.
My suggestion is that we move on and use this situation as a roleplaying opportunity. Quorthos could approach Imoya to tell the new guy "This isn't how we do things." Baer's already said something alike. Imoya clearly thinks differently. It's all about someone new, with his own way of doing things, joining an already existing team that operates differently. The way I see it this can lead to some interesting roleplaying, and we can work on solving this in-game.
I'm going to wait for a reaction from both Quorthos and Imoya before I move us forward. I'd like to hear how Imoya feels about what Quorthos posted, and what both of them think of my suggestion.

Imoya |

Really?
I apologize Lamplighter. I didn't realize I had been so impulsive. I shall tend to it carefully as it's affecting your experience.

Tural Ardas |

We tend to try the alternative approach before outright killing everything. It makes for a more fun game, and makes it worthwhile to invest in skills and such. This also allows us to save some spells (like a fireball) for more challenging fights. ^^
I agree with StephNyan's approach :)
