okay people when I said mailing addresses, I meant they mailing address, as in you will see an envelope with a stamp on it delivered to your house/apartment. I'm that badly technology illiterate that I cannot get digital copies to you via email, I barely know how to use dropbox and download chronicles to dropbox, let alone knowing how to scan them and stuff.

Heya all i'm away on holiday from the 2nd to the 7th of April (probably 1st to the 6th for those of you in USA), i'll have limited posting ability. As in i may have nowhere to charge my phone. I can be botted if needs be.

From the recruitment thread:
oh, no I didn't drop because I wanted to DM and just give someone else a spot. I dropped because the game was going too slow and I wanted to use my characters elsewhere, having played it before, it wasn't worth the wait.
What gives? You set the rules, now follow them.
It's been six days since the GM posted. He's been on the boards almost everyday (can see your post history). This is ridiculous. I like the players in the group, but, Mr GM, we need to finish this.

Oh, and after this is over, I'm going to need to know how to fill out chronicle sheets and send them digitally, unless you really want to see them, via, me sending skype videos of your chronicle sheets, where I'm holding up a hard copy to your screen and you have post the link of the video to your characters profile.

The good news is we're almost done! One last big push and we're out of here! :)
As for reporting, DM EndlessForms just offered today to report things for anyone who would like using this form:

Bottom line on swarms:
Damaging Swarms:
Weapon Damage: Swarms consisting of Tiny creatures can take weapon damage, but take half damage from piercing and slashing weapons.
Swarms Consisting of Fine or Diminutive creatures are immune to weapon damage (like the bat swarm)
Swarms are not subject to precise damage as they have no discernible anatomy.
Magic/Elemental Damage: Swarms take half damage from area of effect spells and splash weapons.
Swarms are immune to spells and effects that target a specific number of creatures (Magic Missile, Disintegrate, etc.).
------------------------------------------
Swarms Dealing Damage: Swarms deal damage by moving into an occupied square provoking an AoO. They automatically deal damage, and characters must make a FORT save for distraction or become nauseated.
Bat Swarm has swarm damage 1d6 plus Wounding (bleed 1), Distraction DC 11
Questions?

Game reported, although I'm having problems with the chronicle sheets. I can't even print them to give you hard copies, and I'm having troubles with skype. If anyone could please help me out so you all have the chronicle sheets, it is well appreciated. In case you are wondering, you do have a perfect game, so nothing in this scenario is crossed off.

You can use Dropbox.
I think (Don't quote me on this), that GM Rutseg downloads an empty chronicle, fills it out with (Again, probably) MS Paint or a similar tool, then hands it out via Dropbox.

Actually the PDFs protections strongly limit how to get the chronicle sheets digitally.
You cannot extract the page nor you can print it as a PDF, nor open it in image editors.
I have found though it is allowed in the PDF editor, I use Acrobat 9, to export the file as PNG or any other format. In mine it is under File>Export. You have to play with the Configuration button to find the proper output resolution. Other PDF editors should work similarly.
Afterwards it is just a matter of choosing an image editor to fill the chronicles. I use Photoshop for the purpose as the 'save for web' gives great results on optimising the file weight. I recommend you create a base chronicle and save it, using it as a base for each character.
I like then to compress them into a zip, save it into Dropbox, mark it for sharing and provide the link to the players. I have also seen the use of Google Drive to same results.
If this fails, or you cannot find the proper tools, what always works is printing the chronicle in paper. Then you scan it and you can then edit it. Or you can fill the printed chronicles by hand, scan them and send.
I hope this is of help. I can try to help with any of the steps if necessary :)
