Insomnia kicked in this evening...no sleep but I did get a cardio workout in. Figured I'm up now, may as well post and then do some work.
Orsin getting the urge to gang up and get in on the action moves he takes the AOO for casting in an adjacent hex.

However, hurting an innocent family? Not okay. Generally using shadowbeasts to create a society that lives only in the shadows? Also not okay.

His focus returned, Daniel avoids the wild uncoordinated strikes of the vampire, ducking low and opening up a large gash on the inside of Illnerik's foreward leg as he rises. The vampire could apparently still feel pain since he reflexively brought clawed fingers down to ward another attempt but the warrior counted on such a reaction and was already moving his sword around and reversing his grip.
As Illnerik'sIlk's hands and shoulders drop,Daniel jumps up and brings his sword overhead, point down, coming down with all his weight and drives the sword, tip first behind the collarbone and through the lung into the heart. For an instant Illnerik had a good 4 feet of steel running through every major organ in his upper torso, running parallel to his spine, before Daniel twisted the blade and pulled it up and out. The strike would have killed a living foe instantly. What would it do to a Vampire?

Stake him,Slice off the head and anoint with holy water Andrea will do so with herstake and blade, dousing the remains with a vial of holy water for good measure.
If the body turns to ashes, Andrea will kick the ashes into the sewer, where Ilnerik can rest with all the other feces and slop.

You are able to stake his body before he fast heals or turns gaseous. Chopping his head off is easily accomplished.
You are able to find the to Totemrix, Gerard looked first so I'll say he located it, when he touches it he feels a twinge. Will save Gerard. As his hand grasps the item, instinctively Daniel steps back 5 feet from the item. He shuts his eyes. Will save Daniel.

When Gerard locates the artifact the temperature in the area appears to have dipped 10 or 15 degrees.

Oh man I am sick so will have to pass out for a few hours.
Euphemia! Connect the Morrowfall to the Totemrix, that will supress the powers of both. Then we need to destroy the Aohl by smashing with weapons, shattering with spells or if we are too spent, go straight to Grumm's smithy and melt it down.
Andrea leans back on the wall and seems to shudder in relief, exhustion and numerous other emotions play over her face. She seems to laugh and cry a bit in relief that this long quest that was given to her and her absent friends by Janivan over a year ago has ended for just a little while.

With some effort the combined Morrowfall and Totemrix reunites to become the the Aohl once again, each half suppressing the others powers. The heroes are able to smash the artifact into pieces destroying another remnant of the old gods.

Euphemia detects that there is a permanent illusory wall hides the entrance to this area from the sewer tunnel itself. Although these sewer tunnels do provide a back door of sorts into Walcourt, only a few know about the entrance— at least, until the PCs discover it for themselves.
------
Once the deed is complete you can begin to contemplate the treasure hoard. It will take a day, or so, to inventory the treasures and at least three days for the group to haul it out. Of course hauling out such riches on the riotous streets can poise it's own concerns.
