Round 1

Serill shoots his crossbow and misses the gnoll. Being not in a confined space when the sniper rifle goes off it is loud just not deafening. Thank you for clarifying Artemis. His shot tears through the front gnoll taking it to the ground. Cam barks out orders to help focus your attacks. Niversal moves forward to get a shot and then releases two shots, only one gets through but it goes through the gnolls eye. Taking it down. Ryada begins to sing and inspire the group, +2 on attack and damage.

Another volley of bolts shoot. 8d20 ⇒ (6, 10, 14, 4, 19, 12, 7, 7) = 79 They all whiz by Jellena as she does a slow mo matrix move to miss them.

With a shake of his hand towards the gnolls, the enchanted butter flies forth and spreads under their feet.

Round 2
Jellena and John flank the gnoll with mostly white fur, it is becoming more red by the second from their attacks. Joe attacks and misses with his swiping sword, then he fumbles almost losing the sword the gnoll's falchion slides across your armor, that was a close one! Ed turns into a sparrow and flies to the other side of the gnolls. Delman's arrow hits hard it just doesn't confirm the critical but damages the blue gnoll with Ryada. Serill casts grease upon the ground below the next group of gnoll's feet, most of them fall. The blue one, the target of the ranged attacks, is still standing.

One of the other gnolls further down the passage comes forward and as the other three grab his crossbow pulls them out of the spell. The gnoll turns and faces Jellena swinging and missing. As the other gnoll faces Joe, and hits rather hard, leaving a gashing wound, 8 damage. As the hurt blue one from the back drops its crossbow, takes a five foot step, pulls its greataxe, and attacks Jellena missing.

Serill watches, triumphant, as three of the four gnolls falls over, but as the grease spell is subverted his joy becomes short lived. That's a smart gnoll, perhaps a leader. He steps out with his reloaded crossbow and snipes the gnoll that helped its allies. Then he reloads. "I bought you a few seconds from their crossbows! I'll dismiss the grease when you're ready to take on the next group!" he advises the others.


Small Recon.

Joe delayed and then as the two gnolls are taken down by the artillery he moved forward. Jumping over their bodies, blades flew at him as he past, and attacked the blue gnoll of the second set. One of the gnolls cut him good as he passes.

Jellena slices deep into the gnoll and it drops from the pain and blood loss. Artemis shoots his sniper rifle and it is loud but has a strange powering up sound to it as well. He hits his target that is next to Ed. Delman shoots and misses. Serill Elamaer shoots his crossbow and scores a critical on the leader gnoll, though the bolt cut its neck the bolt is stuck there too. Ryada continues to sing and inspire but she also calls up electricity between her hands before throwing it at the blue gnoll again knocking it out of the fight. Joe charges forward and finds the grease very slick... it slows him down but he gets to his target. Still upon the grease as Joe attacks, he slips but doesn't fall after hurting the gnoll before him. Niversal plugs the forward gnoll with two arrows dropping him but he swung at Ed first but misses the dog. Ed did help taking down that gnoll too!

Don't run into a room where the enemy is waiting! Let Joe or I take those initial shots! Also if Joe gets in there before me he will be a scorching ray pin cushion. Dude Joe! I can dodge ranged attacks and spells can you?! Good grief you noobs!"

I am getting frustrated as there are far too many people in a far too small corridor and I am basically stuck out back in the main area near the stairs. I can’t get in and it’s way to crowded, I’d hate’ta elbow somebody in’tha face!
Perplexed, I start racking my brain on what to do when the solution presents itself in the form of a pair of orcs rounding the far corner.
Heads up! We got flankers! I’ll try and stall them till somebody backs me up!
With that I charge recklessly down the hall at the 2 orcs (specifically at the racist white one...).

It is difficult to take his eyes off the incoming orcs but he moves just past the door just behind Ed to get in range of his spell and out of sight of the orcs. "We have orcs flanking us. Are you going through there alone?" He focused to pull his magic out of the grease spell, "Bvare," leaving only sparse molecules of harmless, unenchanted butter behind. "I think Joe and the others can handle the orcs. I can back you up once you have their attention. Do you have a strong stomach or resistance to poison? I can weaken them with a cloud of seasickness if there are many on you."

Artemis, after getting ready to fire, just pauses a little as Cameron charges... and misses the orcs... somehow? Waiting for Cameron to get safely out of the way, Artemis just lets out a volley at the lead white orc.

Niversal shoots and misses, then prepares for melee. Artemis takes his shot and takes off the head of one of the coming orcs. The orcs both miss their attacks with their falchions again. The second wave of orcs don't fare as well with charging either but the one wearing blue hits John hard, 9 damage. John misses with his stab. After the spell was gone... she double moves into the defiled temple.

After Ed attacks the nearest orc her black light saber slices the air making an iconic sound and brings it down upon the orc.

Serill waits for the orcs to focus on Jellena after taking down Ed. The last thing he wanted to do was to run in and cast a spell in front of so many enemies when they might just turn and cut him down straight after. "Fethos de malsvir." He calls, another shield forms around him, protection from evil.

Cast then move 20ft. forward when the orcs aren't looking his way.
