Cathirix DS: 1d20 ⇒ 5
Arrow Cathirix: 1d20 ⇒ 12
Attacks Kyenthel: 6d20 ⇒ (6, 20, 14, 20, 18, 14) = 92
Dam: 8d4 + 4 + 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (4, 2, 1, 4, 4, 1, 2, 3) + 4 + (3, 5) + 3 = 36
Hobbo attack: 2d20 ⇒ (10, 19) = 29
Hobbo attack Tebeth: 1d20 ⇒ 12
Kyenthel is brought down by the surging wolves around her while a nearby hobgoblin strikes her to make sure she stays down (counts as two failed DS's). Another fires an arrow at Cathirix for a similar purpose (1 failed DS and 1 failed that I rolled for you). Tebeth, however, manages to deflect the blow of the hobgoblin in front of him. The captain yells something and some of his fleet subordinates surge toward the sound of fighting coming from the house.
Kye, your only chance is another nat 20 death save for you or Cathirix. Tebeth, you're up.

Tebeth Rilynth |

Noooo!!! stuupid site
The just keep coming, We just keep coping wood.
he moves to the side exposing the Hobgoblin to Cheets new position.
Sting w/Advantage: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 81d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Damage: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
poison: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 5) = 12 DC 11 Constitution for half
His offhand dagger looks for a gap in the armor as well
Dagger: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1
The imp fades from sight again and changes position.

caster4life |

Con: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Dam: 3d6 + 1 ⇒ (4, 1, 1) + 1 = 7
The hobgoblin withstands the poison and strikes at Tebeth. The blow lands but doesn't strike hard. His allies begin crowding up around the entrance to the building.
Tebeth up. Is your temp hp up to date?

Tebeth Rilynth |

I confirmed, I had dropped to 2hp no temp and killed the hobgoblin, gaining 7 temp HP, this is the first his since. Did the Hobgoblin survive 13 damage? (Sting 6 + Poison 6 + Dagger 1)
'Just a few more, Right?'
He ducks to go for a sword from one of his downed foes, but it is only a move to open the Hobgoblin for Cheet
Sting w/Advantage: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 171d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Damage: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
poison: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 1) = 10 DC 11 Constitution for half
His offhand dagger slices quickly at the humanoid
Dagger: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2
the imp disappears so fast an onlooker might question that he even exists.
I might have a move, depending on the status of my foes.

caster4life |

Good catch. He died. So does this one. Map updated. Want to move? Damage to you still though as the next one would have just attacked you too.

Tebeth Rilynth |

If I can drag a body, specify the long bow. Away from the door the yes. My plan is likely not a great one is to grab a long bow and become an Archer again.
Did I or the imp kill him?

caster4life |

Imp killed him, even if he saves. You can grab a longbow as your interact with an object but dragging a body would be an action. How do you want to play that?

Lady Kyenthel Greywind |

paizo paizo paizo. Ok. Time for another nat 20. “Momma needs a new pair of shoes”
DS: 1d20 ⇒ 20
F-ing amazing!
Kye stands up if she can and takes the defend action to get her bearings again. I want her to say something cool but I’m afraid to taunt them. Lol
Kye staggers back to her feet, glaring at the Hobgoblin and the wolves. ”My god will strike you all from this place whether I die here or not. You should flee while you still can.
i couldn’t resist

caster4life |

Wolf attacks: 6d20 ⇒ (4, 16, 1, 3, 1, 5) = 30
Hob 1: 2d20 ⇒ (1, 19) = 20
Dam: 2d8 + 4d6 + 1 ⇒ (5, 4) + (1, 5, 5, 1) + 1 = 22
The foes attack Kyenthel brutally, putting her on the brink of death. Meanwhile, Cathirix breathes his last on the nearby rooftop. The captain and several others head towards the sound of fighting from near Tebeth. The dire wolf can't make it in through the door but a smaller wolf runs around a building and prepares to run through at Tebeth.
Four attacks with advantage but only two hits! So the first downs you and the second counts as two failed DS's. Tebeth up and Kye to roll a DS.

Tebeth Rilynth |

I believe all of the attacks should have been w/o advantage, as Kye took the defend action
'eth looks at the bow in his hand, not his fathers bow but well made.
'Get me eyes on what is comming Cheet'
Seeing the wolf the Drow draws aims and lets the arrow fly with one smooth motion.
Longbow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10
The agony of defeat, the temp HP from dropping the wolf would have made things interesting. But eventually that chief is going to come over and order my house burned down. Even if I survive the wolf and maybe hobgoblin I am fine with conceding.
Good luck with the game

caster4life |

Good catch. Kye, you're actually still up. You're just surrounded by two wolves, a dire wolf, and a hobgoblin. Everyone else went after Tebeth. Whichever way you want to go is fine with me, Tebeth. You guys aren't in great shape but I'll play it out as long as you're alive and wanting to.

Lady Kyenthel Greywind |

the wolves and their pact tactics are rough. lol
Kye thrusts her rapier at the smaller wolves, whichever looks the most wounded.
Rapier: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14 for Piercing Dam: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

caster4life |

Attack on Kyenthel: 5d20 ⇒ (14, 9, 8, 3, 9) = 43
Wolf Teb: 2d20 ⇒ (8, 13) = 21
Darts Teb: 4d20 ⇒ (3, 18, 10, 13) = 44
Insp: 1d4 ⇒ 2
Dam: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Kyenthel and her shield manage to fend off all attacks again while Tebeth fends off the wolf. But a hobgoblin manages to strike him (4 dam) with a dart, missing with three.
Party up.

Lady Kyenthel Greywind |

Kye calls to the ancients and tall spectral vines grow from the ground entangling the large wolf and then moves west between the hobgoblin and the smaller wolf out of the larger wolf’s reach.
STR or DEX Save from the large wolf or it is restrained. If it is restrained Kye moves away and the wolf gets an AoO without adv. I’m am staying in bases with the goblin and other wolf so no AoO there. IF the wolf saves, Kye will not move away and will hope for the best.

Tebeth Rilynth |

The drow goes down with a dart to the sholder.
Hoping for some Kye DS Mojo
DS: 1d20 ⇒ 19
Almost
Sensing his master fall Cheet moves to assist the Elf in hopes She can save 'eth

caster4life |

Str save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Attacks Kye: 5d20 ⇒ (14, 7, 6, 15, 15) = 57
Kye is brought down by the dire wolf.
DS again.

caster4life |

Normally I'd roll Kye's DS for her but in this case I wouldn't dare. XD

caster4life |

Attacks Teb: 10d20 ⇒ (15, 15, 12, 15, 17, 18, 8, 11, 2, 17) = 130
Attacks Kye: 6d20 ⇒ (10, 11, 4, 16, 13, 13) = 67
Teb's dead. Kye's got 1 success, two failures. Go Kye.

caster4life |

Thanks. You guys too.
Attack rolls: 6d20 ⇒ (9, 18, 6, 14, 13, 7) = 67
A wolf leaps on Kye and bites down on her throat. The last of the heroes expire and the hobgoblin force resumes its operations in the town.
