This thread is to provide updates on the order creation and fulfillment process for subscribers to the Pathfinder and Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Scenario Subscriptions.

A note on errors in the email about Pathfinder Society scenarios: A email went out about the Pathfinder Society Scenarios earlier today that had last month's scenarios incorrectly listed as fulfilling this month. A new email was sent to correct this. To confirm, this month's Pathfinder Society scenarios are not 9-06 and 9-07. They are 9-08 and 9-09. Sorry for any confusion!

Alright, I'm getting ready to start pushing buttons and start the process of generating and fulfilling orders! I'll be sure to post any relevant updates here.
I've been told that the Starfinder scenarios may be fulfilled by our system before the Pathfinder ones, so don't panic if you see both generated to an order but only get the SF ones added to your account at first. We'll be swinging the ship back around to make sure we get them all pushed through. :)

Update: After a long day of poking and prodding our system, all of the orders for digital subscriptions should be generated. However, something is not going right with the process to fulfill the PDFs. It's well past time for me to go home for the night, but I'll be back tomorrow as bright an' early as I can muster to try to set things straight.
If your order did not seem to generate, please let us know in this thread. Otherwise if you're waiting for the PDFs to grant to your account, please sit tight and we'll get this remedied as quickly as possible.

greetings, my PDF for my subscription did not come through I even tried buying it in the normal fashion, it still didn't show up. Please and thank you.

I've taken a look at your account and your order was generated but the PDF could not be fulfilled because of the issues I mentioned in my last post. Once we figure out the issues, it should be fulfilled automatically.

My order might have been generated and is still pending? If orders were supposed to have been updated after being shipped, mine was not. Otherwise, there is a problem.
And I'll keep you in my thoughts this holiday season as you frantically apply duct tape and fire retardant to whatever system I'm sure you are stuck with. I worked a similiar position with another game company.

It looks like our system was having some trouble with that order going all the way through, so I've moved the PDF to a new order and it should be all set now. I'll go ahead and send you a confirmation email for the new order so you can look over it to make sure the details are correct.
