Pathfinder Battles—2013 Promotional Figure: Reta's Bridesmaid

what is going on with the Reta's Bridesmaid. when i put it in my cart with the book i HAVE to buy the price gets raised from $2 to $5. i call shenanigans :(

And it needs to take into account those who are comics subscibers. I shouldn't have to buy a second copy of the comic.

Yeah, I am a comic subscriber and I've already added it to my next month subscription, but I shouldn't have to pay for it because I already bought my comic last month.

What about those of us who already bought it and are a subscriber?

I've ordered two of these (and, therefore, two additional copies of the comic). As others here have pointed out, the price for the figure shows as $5:00, not the $2:00 promotional price (order #2743539).

I assume only the GenCon special cover of the comic qualifies, so my regular comic subscription order (with the Paizo exclusive cover) wouldn't entitle me to purchase one of these figures. If I'm wrong, then I'd only want to purchase one of the GenCon cover versions.

What about if we've already purchased the GenCon exclusive cover comic? I bought it at GenCon, but Gary didn't mention anything about this mini at the time (Thursday afternoon) :( I only heard about it the week after.

Ok so it shows Backorder this morning, is it still available?

At a guess, Liz has put it on backorder whilst they fix the problems

I believe Liz mentioned (in the discussion thread for the comic book) that she set that up as a backorder pending the return of the materials from GenCon. I'd expect the same to be true of this miniature.

That is correct—I don't have precise numbers to add to inventory as of yet. The Reta's Bridesmaid promotion only applies if you buy the GenCon exclusive cover of Goblins #1.

Zaister, I removed and re-added the items in your shopping cart, and it looks like the promotion is applying correctly now.

It now stays at the discount value in my cart but it bumps back up to the full price at checkout.

Thanks, Liz, but there seems to be a persistent bug. As soon as I get to the "Confirm your order" page, the price resets and I get a warning:

Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product pages.

Please note that the price of Pathfinder Battles—2013 Promotional Figure: Reta's Bridesmaid has changed from $2.00 to $4.25 since you placed it in your shopping cart.

EDIT: I think this probably happens because the order is split into two shipment because the items are backordered, and the split removes the requirements for the promotion.

I ordered this figure with the comic and the konkrud figure, everything looked fine in my cart, but now the price showing up in my sidecart isn't The price (and the price in my receipt) isn't corresponding to the price listed here. It's still the $5.00 (with 15% off from my pathfinder advantage).

It IS a persistant bug, I have all three and my two Reta's show as a combined 10$ as opposed to the 4$ it should be with the promotional pricing.

Any news on this issue?

Its currently being affected by at least 3 separate issues. We are working to get this fixed as soon as we can. We do not currently have an ETA on when the issue with the promotional price will get fixed.

I've asked our webstore gninja to make her unavailable until we get this sorted as it is contributing to a lot of confusion with customer orders.

Can this just be make one product entry for Reta + Comic? that would seem to be a lot easier to do than making a discount flagging.

I'm waiting on an order for this update, can you just manually add the mini to my cart and just skip the discount? I just don't want to have to wait on my order or split shipping.

The comic is already in my cart, I don't care if it costs a couple bucks extra. I'm not going to sweat the small stuff.
