We are planning to get order authorization started today as noted, but please note it has yet to start as of getting this update out. I am hopeful to have it in motion here shortly.

The authorization process we intended to have in motion today hit some snags so we are having to delay until tomorrow. I have edited the main post to reflect this, but hopefully we will have order authorization in motion so we can help get these items into process as well. Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we work to get everything in order.

It looks like the process in question has gone through, but if you're expecting to see an order created and didn't then please reach out to us.
I have also updated the shipping estimate. We had originally planned to run this process earlier than listed, but I did not have an updated timeframe at that time that coincided. If there are further updates I will do my best to convey them here. Again, thank you all for your continued patience as we move from November into December and the end of the year.

My order shipped. *All* of the pdf files show as "empty" when I try to open them. Now I get to see whether they fix this before I get the actual shipment. :-(

Massive compliments to Jackson W and the whole CS team, always so quick to assist, so friendly, just a pleasure to contact. They are coping with the storm of tickets amazingly, so much respect and admiration for them. Keep up the awesome work!

Is anyone else not been getting their free pfs scenarios from their subscriptions? I've had to email that last few months.

Yeah, it looks like the Season of Ghost download is doing the 179 bytes thing again.

Yeah, I'm seeing the 145 on the Single File version. My File Per Chapter version is seemingly stuck personalizing.

The 179 bytes thing?
Something that's happened in previous months, particularly with new AP volumes where, after personalizing, the file is effectively empty if you actually download it. It's visible after personalizing because the page reports the file's size as something ridiculously small (usually 179 bytes for the "file per chapter" version).

The AP "File Per Chapter" download was working last night, so it may be fixed now.
I was able to download the one file AP as well, so I think we may be in the clear.

I was able to download the single file AP, but I'm running into issues with the flip mat and Rage of Elements spell cards, both in PDF and JPG. The latter two are demonstrating the same behavior described above, essentially empty files within the zip archive.

Single file is still broken for me. Cleared cache and refreshed downloads.
When it is personalizing it comes up with a 62mb file but the file that downloads is empty.
Zip has a PDF with 0 bytes, no interactive map file.
File per chapter downloaded fine.

Hello folks. Thank you for reporting these issues. We are continuing to work through tickets as quickly as we can, but in general this is something that can happen when new files are released, but I have been informed the files that folks have been reporting have been updated earlier in the week. If you've submitted a ticket, we request you follow the troubleshooting below and updating your already submitted ticket so we have the best information to assist once we are able to attend to your ticket. If you've already done this process, I've personally observed folks report back within 24 hours after that it has suddenly worked as a general not. To that end, here's the troubleshooting:
The problem might be a bad cookie in your browser. To correct the issue, you should delete paizo.com cookies from your web browser. Instructions for how to clear your specific browser are available here: https://paizo.com/threads/rzs43abl?How-to-Clear-Paizocom-Cookies. If you're still having problems, make sure to try a different browser and disable any privacy extensions you might be running. Following the "How to Clear Paizo.com Cookies" instructions fixes most issues.
You may also try using an incognito browser to force a new session from paizo.com.
For folks like Yoshua who notice the personalization coming up with a proper file size: I've had some folks able to right-click and attempt to save-as to get the file to download properly in this state as well. We are advised that if this happens attempting to regenerate the link by clicking "Problems downloading this file? Click here." after having attempted troubleshooting.
After trying the above, if you are still having issues, we likely need a bit more information to help you gain access to your account. If you would answer the following with as much detail as possible then update your ticket or submit a new ticket, we would greatly appreciate it.
When did you try logging in?
What internet browser are you using?
What happens when you try to download the file?
What is the error message you are getting?
We know this may not solve everyone's issues as sometimes things can be a bit more unique, but we do hope this will help a number of folks get access to their PDFs and, as Customer Service continues to get caught back up, provides us the best means to handle these issues as quickly and efficiently as we are able. Success.
Hit the problem with download button and have successfully downloaded the single file for the AP.
I had tried that when I was initially having issues and it did not fix it, 2 hours later and we have magic.
Good to go!

I've been able to download the PDFs for the flip mat and spell cards finally, but I'm still not able to download the JPGs. Something odd is going on with the personalization too, at least on the spell cards, as the watermark is in what looks like 24 pt font, but I can deal with that and will try downloading it again.
I'll open a ticket with the appropriate info as requested by Jackson.
