Both entries for 10th rank slots say that can't be used with abilities that grant additional spell slots. Font and blending don't have any extra text on the matter.
Did they retain the note on the 'spell slots by level' chart that indicates clerics do get 10th divine font slots?
In other words, do 10th level spell slots still show as "1* †" for levels 19 & 20, with the following footnotes:
* Your divine font gives you additional heal or harm spells of this level. The number is equal to 1 + your Charisma modifier.
† The miraculous spell class feature gives you a 10th-level spell slot that works a bit differently from other spell slots.

Just checked my PDF, and 10th rank does indeed have the * marking it as a rank that gains divine font slots.

Hm. No contradiction then? Just seems like it could be ruled multiple ways.
You command the most potent arcane magic and can cast a spell of truly incredible power. You gain a single 10th-level spell slot and can prepare a spell in that slot using arcane spellcasting. You can't use this spell slot for abilities that let you cast spells without expending spell slots or that give you more spell slots. Unlike with other spell slots, you don't gain more 10th-level spells as you level up, though you can take the Archwizard's Might feat to gain a second slot.
It says pre remaster that you can't "use" the slot for abilities that give you more slots, but that doesn't necessarily mean a blanket "no extra 10th slots". It seems like that could imply "you can't use this with master summoner or similar abilities" rather than "no bonus 10ths".
And that's sort of my question: did the devs clarify that that's a "no bonus 10ths" rule or is it something else?

Quote:use this spell slot for abilities [...] that give you more spell slotsAs I read it, this is specifically about abilities that use a spell slot to grant you more spell slots.
So even without the asterisk Divine Font would ignore this restriction.
It has always been ambiguous and able to be interpreted multiple ways.
Your way is one of the more popular ones.
Another way is 'Abilities that grant more spell slots will not use your 10th level slots to determine the spell slots that they grant. They will ignore those slots and only use your 9th level slots at most.'

Maybe the people at Foundry/Pathbuilder/etc who have to implement the rules have already asked for clarification about 10th level slots and know the answer.
I remember that happening recently with a clarification for Bless/Bane.
Neither Foundry nor Pathbuilder automate the font slots.

Pathbuilder does and makes them 10th level. If you have trouble finding them they're in a separate tab from the main spell slots, the same way innate spells and focus spells have their own tabs.
You are absolutely correct. Couldn't find them because I looked for then on a charisma 8 dwarven warpriest. My bad.

Pathbuilder doesn't necessarily ask Paizo for clarity, he just enters what he would play with when in doubt.

Pathbuilder also allows for spell blending to create more than one slot per level though (which is explicitly banned) so I'm not sure it proves anything.
The issue is that "use" is ambiguous for 10ths.
