My watch has ended, but it looks like the wrong pdf files for the Sky Kings tomb were loaded as they are like 200kb

Another person here having trouble with the Sky King's Tomb download. Neither the single file nor the file per chapter work.

Have a ticket in, but have a feeling my watch will be extended with the 'back ordered' ruby phoenix mini's attached to my sub auth :P

For everyone having issues with the download:

1- Clear your browser cache/history and/or use a different browser
2- in your digital downloads section click refresh downloads in the upper left
3- try to download again

This is the first thing customer support will ask you to do, once you do this and if it still isn't working submit a ticket to [e-mail] and make sure to tell them you already did those steps and hopefully someone on the back end will fix the download. Good luck and Nethys speed.

That one proved easy in my case, as they got back to me on Monday (I submitted the ticket late Friday) with a corrected order. So you should get a quick turnaround on this one.

Is there any particular rhyme or reason to when subscription downloads go out? I've never really been able to figure out if there's an order to it; I'm just hoping it's not alphabetical, because that means I've still got a while to wait.

it is not alphabetical. It tends to be groupings of specific products and locations going out all together.

Shipping window is closing on the 28th. Street date is the 3rd. They also started on the Friday rather than Monday to make sure that it was the case, so *shakes magic 8-ball* all signs point to yes.

We would have heard about such an issue by now. The only glitch I noticed in this month's subscription orders was the escape of a bunch of mini boxes from the sidecart even though they weren't in the warehouse yet.

Since the subscriptions started shipping 4 days earlier than announced (July 13th instead of July 17th), I am wondering whether the estimate for the end is still July 28th, or if I should start worrying that my (standard, no sidecart) subscription order is still pending?

Hope to get mine soon. Had some sort of problem on Friday having to do with payment. My card was charged friday but no shipping notice yet. Probably at the bottom of the shipping pole, sad for me. F

Not sure why this happened. I received shipping notification and a tracking link on the 19th. Nothing showed up for tracking for over a week, so I thought the tracking number was bad, happens sometimes. Well, almost two weeks later, still nothing. I dug up the email again today, and checked the tracking just to see. The package was only processed by the shipper today. What has been happening the last two weeks?
