We have had a bit of a technical glitch in our system that prevented us creating physical subscription orders today as intended. We are troubleshooting the issue and hope to have it resolved by tomorrow. At this time, we do not foresee an impact on our expected start shipping date of Wednesday, 30 November 2022.

The glitch in the system was found. We will create physical subscription orders first thing tomorrow morning. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for your orders. If you find a problem, email customer.service@paizo.com as soon as possible. We hope to give the warehouse the go-ahead to ship on Wednesday and want to resolve all issues first.

We are experiencing shipping delays due to inclement weather. Thanks for your patience and patronage.
That's lucky for me as I hope to delay this months and combine with next months subscription *fingers crossed* (CS Ticket #175248)

The CS team has given our warehouse team the green light to begin shipping subscriptions as of yesterday 12/1
If you have are having any trouble with your December subscription orders please send an email to customer service at customer.service@paizo.com so we can ensure your order processed properly!

I have generally gotten replies much earlier than that, but my e-mails have usually been urgent (related to orders about to ship). Non-urgent issues do seem to take longer, but if you have gone a whole month with no reply whatsoever, you probably want to ping them about it with another e-mail that references whatever ticket number they gave you.

And it's in my hot little hands! For anyone in the DC area who uses UPS-MI, yeah, that was a hella long wait. I'm guessing all the snow events?
