As much as this pains me to say, we are looking at another month of iffy dates on when we will have the product to ship to retailers and subscribers. International shipping logistics and supply chain problems are occurring across numerous industries. Several products that were expected in July have not yet arrived at our warehouse. We will keep this thread updated as best as possible if we have changes or updates to the product status or our shipping strategy.

Current status is that the items are getting closer to us, but we unfortunately do not have an ETA (and we may not end up getting one until the products show up on our dock).
Our plan once products arrive is to run our subscription order creation process asap, and while CS does that as well as assists customers with their subscription orders, the warehouse will be working to power through the distributor orders as quickly as they can.

Note that we're creating orders tomorrow, and then estimating to start shipping on Wednesday. While the warehouse may be shipping some orders on Wednesday afternoon (PST), we expect to start shipping in earnest on Thursday. My team will be going full throttle on our helpdesk queue to catch any issues that might come up for folks during order creation.

Also! Going to reiterate what I said last month, if your order doesn't have your Paizo Advantage discount on it, PLEASE wait to email us until I've posted here. I have a list of the customers that have reported the issue before and we'll be fixing those manually after the orders are spawned, so just hang tight!

When we started generating orders, we noticed that some domestic orders were generating with an incorrect shipping method. When the order should have chosen the cheapest method available, it instead chose USPS Priority (domestic).
This has been hard to determine the scope for because of the products involved. For some combinations of items, USPS Priority is the cheapest method, and some folks have it selected as their default shipping method. The tech team and warehouse folks are working out how to fix the issue before we continue generating orders.
In the meantime, I found of the orders that were created before we paused order creation and those orders should have received an updated order confirmation if their shipping and handling changed. Unfortunately, the explanatory text about why the new confirmation email was being sent didn't get added to the new email.
Note that some of the cheaper rates we can get are based on the percentage of items that can be considered "bound printed matter". Maps and pawns are not bound printed matter. If you usually have more books than maps, and this time you have more maps than books, your order will (most likely) be shipping USPS or UPS as the cheapest possible.
For the folks who had their order generated before we paused: If you have any questions about your order, please reply via email to your order confirmation email so your question can be added to our help desk queue. It is helpful if you are somewhat specific in why you think your order has a problem.
If you did not have your order for July products generated, don't worry! We have not finished generating July orders. We will update this thread when we have restarted, and finished generating July subscription orders.

Oh, that was faster than expected.
I just checked my preorder (order 29633291) for Junker's Delight, and it looks like it's no longer set to ship with my subscription. Can that be fixed?

Hi Zaister, I moved Junker's Delight over to your sidecart which should add it to your subscription order when we resume generating them, but if it's not listed on your confirmation email, just let us know and we'll move it manually.

Should Strength of Thousands be in my sidecart?
Sorry, I'm new to this subscription thing. When I signed up last month, everything went into my side cart, showed a subscription price, and sent me an email with the details.
This month, I don't have a side cart, though I see it in "My Subscriptions". It's price is cut, but the new price is the same as the old (Maybe cause it's my only item this month?).
I assume this is normal and what I should expect each month, and the first month was as it was because it was the month I subscribed?

That's correct! After the first time you sign up for a subscription, the products themselves will be put in your sidecart until we generate orders (at which point they'll be moved onto an order). Future subscription products will be immediately put on a new order when we run our order generation and you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the order. We usually leave at least 24 hours between order generation and order fulfillment, to give anyone who needs to make adjustments time to do so before we start shipping.

Will a backorder item in my sidecart hold my subs up?
It shouldn't! What it's meant to do is take the available items out of your sidecart to add the order while leaving anything back or pre ordered still in there. That said, sometimes it doesn't do what it's meant to, so check your confirmation email once we've finished order generation and let us know if anything looks amiss!

I am a bit confused here. The first post says order spawning was yesterday, yet I did not get any confirmation... Was the process paused?

Our tech team will need to make some updates before we can continue order creation for July. I pushed the dates in our software back until Thursday, but it could go back again to Friday depending on timing.
When the subscription order creation is set for one day, and a subscription hasn't been generated by the end of that day, it starts displaying incorrectly on paizo.com for the subscriber, making that account's My Subscription page appear as if volumes are going to be skipped or have disappeared. Apologies for any confusion this has caused folks. The display issue when this happens is a known problem, and I don't have any insight as to when that particular issue will be fixed.
In the meantime, we will try to get July's order creation restarted for subscribers as quickly as possible. I will make sure we get this thread updated when we restart the order creation, as well as when it finishes.

Hi folks! Unfortunately, it's looking like resuming order creation isn't going to happen until Monday, at this time.
I know it's frustrating, especially given the various problems that have cropped up over the last few months, but we really appreciate your patience while the tech team gets things taken care of! Our goal is to get subscription orders shipped as soon as possible once order creation has happened, so once you receive your confirmation email, let us know as soon as possible if any changes need to be made.
If anything changes in the meantime, we'll let you know straight away!

I only hope there won't be any delays for Secrets of Magic :(
At this point I would just assume there is going to be some kind of delay. Not a software glitch like this, but the shipping environment is still a chaotic nightmare. Manage expectations and figure a 2 week delay, if it comes on time that's a happy surprise.

I totally agree with your statement, but damn if it the wait isn't rough. Really looking forward to the next two rule books.

Got my auth email. Looks good, although... is 18 bucks shipping for a 6 lb package cross country (I'm in upstate NY) via UPS ground within normal range? I don't remember.
