Just to notes the designers are aware of this and will review it. From my understanding, Syri is right. The wording of the hotfix was not perfect, but they were rushing them.
As an example: You don't scale the unarmed proficiency of fighters to the chosen "best" group automatically.
Well, not anymore anyways. Also, it is rather debatable. Until they remove the old verbiage from the errata, it can still be considered valid despite what's also printed in the new version of the book.

More Stealth Errata?
The Calikang statblock in the Bestiary III (p.42) differs from that on the Archives of Nethys. I've highlighted the differences below in Smurf blood.
DEFENSIVE STANCE
B3: No such ability.
AoN: A calikang gains a circumstance bonus to its AC equal to the number of its hands that aren’t wielding weapons, to a maximum of +4 (this bonus is already factored into this calikang’s stats).
SIXFOLD FLURRY
B3: The calikang makes up to two longsword Strikes and up to four fist Strikes. Each Strike must be against a different target. These attacks count toward the calikang’s multiple attack penalty, which doesn’t increase until after all the attacks are complete. For 1 round, the calikang gains a circumstance bonus to their AC equal to the number of Strikes they choose not to take, to a maximum of +4 for taking only two Strikes.

SUSPENDED ANIMATION
B3: By concentrating for 5 minutes, the calikang can enter a state of suspended animation, freezing in place and becoming motionless but remaining aware of their surroundings. While in this state, the calikang gains a +4 status bonus to Fortitude saves; doesn’t age; and is immune to disease, inhaled toxins, poison, starvation, and thirst. The calikang can exit suspended animation as a free action. If they exit this state to attack, the calikang gains a +2 circumstance bonus to their initiative roll.

Perception and AC values differ as well.

To be clear, which Calikang statblock are you looking at on AoN? Because there's two different statblocks. There's the Bestiary 3 version, as well as the version that was posted in Part 5 of the Age of Ashes AP.
Your B3 description matches the B3 AoN statblock, while your AoN statblock matches the AoA AoN statblock.

I was looking at the one posted under the Creatures "C" section. Of which there appear to be two. 😅

They have changed Battle Medicine in another way (cross posting from reddit)
First Printing PDF:
Battle Medicine
You can patch up yourself or an adjacent ally, even in combat. Attempt a Medicine check with the same DC as for Treat Wounds and provide the corresponding amount of healing.
Second Printing PDF:
Battle Medicine
You can patch up wounds, even in combat. Attempt a Medicine check with the same DC as for Treat Wounds and restore the corresponding amount of HP; this doesn’t remove the wounded condition.
I guess it is limited by reach now. So far it only matters for Sprites, or characters with unarmed reach.

I think so.
In return it seems to not be limited to allies.
Noticed that too.
Maybe they gave for granted that a character would use it only on himself and allies.

Not sure if it was a mistake or not.. in the Character Guide pg. 102 the Uzunjati Storytelling feat from the Magaambyan Attendant archetype is a level 6 feat that has a prerequisite of "master in a Recall Knowledge skill", & you don't gain master proficiency in any skill until level 7 (that I'm aware of). However in the wording of the feat it states "Roll a check with a skill that can be used to Recall Knowledge in which you have expert proficiency".. I would think the prerequisite would be changed from master to expert.. I only found this because of the new Strength of Thousands AP coming out & was reading through everything I could for it :P
