Here is Dakcenturi's submission so far. Have the overarching background and the crunch is pretty much finished. See him being a multi-class Rogue/Fighter.
*Edit: One note, I have a free language still from his Linguistics. I know someone had a mutation where they couldn't speak, so if you needed someone that could communicate with you/for you I would be happy to work on merging backgrounds for that.

A nice offer! We did have someone who would be deaf/mute. You could meet earlier in the wilderness and work out a sign language together. That person hasn't posted in a while. You could dig back a few pages and send him/her a PM!

I'll be playing a witch who does a fair bit of healing too. And flies :)

Seems like a fun class diversity so far!
For people still coming up with characters, take note of what other people are thinking of doing and pick something else.
More classes! No one's even mentioned going with an occult book class.
(Off hand without going back to check everything, and from what I know of people PMing me, there is a cleric, paladin, alchemist, shifter, warpriest,fighter,fighter/rogue, rogue, maybe oracle, witch, wizard in the works so far. A cavalier and sorceror were mentioned in passing).

Since you're recruiting 16, maybe a spreadsheet of those interested, their mutation, and what they have left to finish would be easiest instead of the usual list? I can help fill it out.

I love the idea of not having put together that list multiple times. I can get it started.... This is also my spreadsheet for the kingdom aspect of the game, so people can see how I run that, if they want...

Just a heads up that I've changed my username. Old account but just recently started posting, so they let me change my username.
Vexanar is now Medvejonok (and still Shirrodan)
I have updated my character backstory with my mutation (located in the google doc), and the main character sheet (the pdf)
thanks! I appreciate your timeliness!

Will send you a PM Mustache.
okay then, I was hoping someone would get my Daredevil.
22.Your eyes melted from your face when the bombs fell; you are blind. Your body has adjusted for it, giving you powerful abilities.
Greater: Mutant Speed: As a swift action, you gain the benefits of haste that lasts until the start of your next turn. This ability can be used once every 1d6 rounds (roll a d6 after using the ability to determine when next to use it; a 1 means you can do it again on your next turn.)
Lesser Acute Senses: You gain the scent ability, and when facing invisible creatures, you do not suffer from the normal +20 DC modifier to detect them (it would be a standard stealth vs perception check). You are not effected by visual based concealment penalties except by a steathly opponent as described below.
Bad: Eyeless- You do not suffer the normal effects of the blinded condition, as you have had time to adjust to your new life (you can generally move normally and generally attack normally, relying on your other senses). Instead of vanilla rules, these are the only mechanical effects: You automatically fail at all sight based perception checks. An enemy attempting to attack you quietly will make a stealth check vs. your perception. If he succeeds, he has total concealment against you and you are flat-footed to him until the start of its next turn. In addition, difficult terrain is particularly hard for you; you can only move 5 ft in a move action.

Considering something 3/4 base attack... Alchemist, magus. I need to check what everyone else is going.

I guess what I get from this changes a lot.

After the blast of green energy, your cellular structure became incredibly unstable. You can harness the instability in the world about you to your benefit, but it has a drastic effect on your body.
Greater: Potential Kinetics: When you take a physical blow (slashing, bludgeon, piercing), you take normal damage to your HP but your body stores half of the damage received as potential energy. Next time you swing, the stored damage explodes outward in a devastating blow of kinetic energy! If you miss your next attack, the extra energy is lost.
Lesser: Luck Suck: Once per day as an immediate action, when you are hit by a melee attack, you can force the opponent who made the attack to reroll it with a –4 penalty. The opponent must take the result of the second attack roll. On your next turn, you get +4 green energy bonus to your hit roll.
Bad: Unstable age: Every time you use either one of the above abilities, you age one year for short lived creatures or five years for long lived creatures (You will need to adjust your attribute stats based on age). You honestly don't know what will happen to you as you start to become aged and feeble...

GM Mustache wrote:Just a reminder: Anyone can also trade their mutation in for the cloning mutation at the bottom of page 3. First come, first served! If no one takes it, must mean everyone is happy, which is good!Imagine the creative ways to hug people with a third arm!
I suppose I didn't specific where from the body that arm comes from. Plenty of disturbing options on this one.

why not
slowly running out of numbers! let me roll some up for you because 21 is taken.
10d40 ⇒ (20, 22, 29, 35, 5, 34, 28, 4, 23, 17) = 217
28. You were at the beach or out fishing when the green energy hit you. Your DNA mingled with a passing crab, slightly breaking your mind, but giving you powerful crab like abilities.
Greater: Crab Claw- One of your hands is instead an oversized claw. You can only wield one-handed weapons in your other hand and your claw can't hold anything, but you do get a natural attack (claw) that is two times bigger than your normal size (it does d6 damage if you are small and d8 damage if you are medium). You also gain the grab ability (when you do damage with the claw, you get a free grapple attempt with a +4 bonus to CMB). Rule clarification: Creatures with natural attacks and attacks made with weapons can use both as part of a full attack action. Such creatures attack with their weapons normally but treat all of their available natural attacks as secondary attacks during that attack, regardless of the attack’s original type. Secondary attacks are made using the creature’s base attack bonus –5 and add only 1/2 the creature’s Strength bonus on damage rolls.
Lesser: Carapace: Your skin is covered in plates of crab carapace, +2 Natural Armor bonus (doesn't stack with other natural armor bonuses)
Bad: Fractured mind: -1 intelligence. Whenever you fail a Will save, you are confused for 1 round.

Since Ictoo just took the cloning mutation, here is his original one, up for grabs. (I nerfed it slightly, it was too powerful)

For my alternate Sorc/DD submission I was looking at either a Nagaji, Changling or Tiefling. However, in the link you posted for the RP the Changling and Nagaji have a # instead of a number so wasn't sure if those would qualify. As such, wanted to get your thoughts.
I looked at Changling and Nagaji. While the race points aren't given, I don't think either is as powerful as an aasimar, which is RP15. So you can go with either one.

GM Mustache |

Well, I just checked the rules and Cuddles won't work in the guidelines set. He kinda depends on a Int of around 5 and a Str around 20 or higher. It's central to his character.
So, here I go, back to the drawing board again. :)
If you want to purposely reduce your intelligence to five but not gain the points from that, you can. I'm more worried about high ability scores than low ones.

caster4life |

What about a slight re-work to the restriction? No ability scores over 16 after point buy, age, etc. So race and mutations can push you higher.
I say this because a big selling point of some races, like orc, is their +4 boost to a stat despite all the drawbacks they come with. So if you took one of those races, you could start with a 20 in one of your stats (without mutations). If you wanted to you could also restrict mutations from pushing a stat past 20 at level 1. *shrug* Just mentioning possibilities. I think the 18 cap is also a reasonable policy and doesn't necessarily need to be changed.

GM Mustache |

Well, his main redeeming quality was his ability to out work a horse. If he was only as strong as a human could be, then why keep him around? He is an Ork, after all, no matter how friendly he is.
I think every character in this game is going to be a complete freak. An orc fits right in very well. All former social stigmas are in the process of being broken as everyone just wants to survive.

caster4life |

Some portions of party roles we could use filled by someone in the 16-man party:
1. Inspire courage and/or the battle shaman's similar ability.
2. Someone to cast entangle when zombie hordes are approaching our walls.
3. Someone to cast speak with animals/plants for exploration purposes.
Maybe this will give people ideas!

Krugh Drawlin |

I want to be on the team with the giant orc! Since the event happened while we/I were/was battling orcs, maybe I want to make amends??? :)
Do you have the thread(s) set up on Discord and/or Roll20? Hoping that I'm accepted for the game and would like to start getting my links and such set up. And I gotta find a better avatar. This one looks like a tree....
