No thank you.
Meh, your opinion. Every scenario the man has written is pretty awesome, if not a classic. His scenarios don’t pull punches, which is really satisfying as both a player and a GM. The Confirmation is still my favorite of the 1-2 scenarios, and the only one of the 1-2 evergreens that I’ve played more than once. Rats of Round Mountain pt1 has one of the most memorable final fights in a 7-11. The Sealed Gate is brutal, but in a satisfying way and features an enemy that I had never actually seen used before or since. The Technic Siege is a fun addition to Season 6, there is a lot of flexibilty in the scenario and has an NPC that uses an archetype that PC’s are prohibited from using, which is cool. Race for the Runecarved Key is kind of meh, and is one of the leading reasons people seem to dislike Sheila Heidmarch, but there’s nothing altogether awful about the multi-table.

I agree with this.

Another thing I would like to see is a certain J. Dacilane make another appearance before the switch to PF2.

There needs to be a scenario that deals with the aftermath of Salvation of the Sages, just so we know what the end result of the reporting options is.

I agree 110% as well as what happened to the Paracountness "in Cheliax"

I would like to see, in the final season, boons that allow effect AC/familiars.

Given the new Saddle slot, and the fact that some AC's can't get a benefit from a Belt slot, a boon that would allow a Belt slot item move to different slot would be nice.

I would add my vote for plot threads to resolve the issues with Colson Maldris (although I don't have as much issue with him as some do and don't want to see him dead, necessarily) and with Zarta Dralneen. I also would like to see J. Dacilane appear in another scenario to show how her story line has developed since School of Spirits.

As for Grandmaster Torch -

Spoiler:
Assault on Absalom has not been approved to run at any of my local conventions, so I have not seen what happened there, but it sounds like my decision to forgive him and help purify his sage jewel in Sanctum of the Sages may have been premature.

I would like a chance to see his story line finalized as well (perhaps in the most strenuous sense of the term "finalized").

Sovereign Court 1/5

Add me in as another voice praying/wishing for a Gloomspires finale. Sure, the scenarios are usually brutal slogs and can result in deaths. But the location and flavor is so amazing, it has me dying to see what happened to Sevenfingers, how we can defeat him and what secrets he has.

It'd just be so sad if we never got to finish one of the most dangerous yet flavor-packed dungeons of all time.

Edit: Mark me down as a Torch Stan. I think I'd prefer him to be redeemed unlike many of the Torch haters in this thread. I don't want to post spoilers, but Torch has some pretty legit reasons for not appreciating how the Society treated him. (That said, I have not gotten a chance to play Assault on Absalom, maybe he does something crazy heinous and my mind could change)

Sovereign Court 3/5

In regards to Torch I just want a finite conclusion, if the scenario would include redeeming him or letting him fry (again) based on the parties decision and the canon result is based on reporting that would be fine by me.

I like this idea a lot. I think by now the Torch story arc is due for a conclusion, but it would be best if the choice were left up to players at the table. I don't want a writer deciding once more to dress him up in plot armor and take away the choice of players who want to end him. But I also don't want a writer instructed from above that this time Torch has to burn for sure. I don't want other players at a different table determining my table's choice in this. People have had really different experiences with him and to elevate one perspective as correct would be taking away something important from the rest of us.

With that in mind, my own view...

spoilers for Destiny of the Sands, Assault on Absalom, Unseen Inclusion:

When Torch seized a Sage Jewel for himself of course we were upset. But it was understandable; any of us would have been tempted. He's a player in the great game of power and we always knew he wasn't on our side. If the situation had been reversed, we would have betrayed him and stolen it too. Amenopheus would have conveniently brought Sheila Heidmarch on stage to act as a scapegoat.

Assault on Absalom however is a completely different beast. Torch sided with a demonic army that wants to plow through a city of innocent civilians just to avenge the "hypocrisy" of the Decemvirate. This is no longer Sages squabbling among each other, this is siding with the enemies of the planet.

And then in Unseen Inclusion he had the temerity to ask for an RSVP to Salvation of the Sages. However, because Assault on Absalom was originally restricted play, quite a few people playing Unseen Inclusion weren't yet aware of what he'd just been up to. At our table I was the only one (even the GM didn't know) and I didn't want to spoil things. I eventually voted to "keep your enemies closer"; he was going to interfere anyway, better keep him where we can see him.

(I have yet to play Salvation of the Sages.)

That would sound cool, but remember that it has to correspond to Pathfinder lore. Pathfinder 2.0 will probably be set in stone as far as lore goes sometime soon (if it isn't already). When (not if, I'm sure we'll get one) we get a scenario where we deal with Torch sometime during this season, I'm afraid it'll be too late for it to impact his involvement in 2.0

Maybe I'm overestimating time schedules. Maybe Paizo has some backup plans in case this does happen, but I don't really see a chance of us feasibly making an impact on this short a notice (remember, the scenario has to be released, and we need to be given a decent enough time window to play it. Leaving it open for only a few months seems rather short, not everyone has a chance to play regularly. And then, Paizo needs to process the results. Unless they've planned this in advance and it's simply a case of switching him out for someone else).

In similar vein, I'd like to see some follow-up on information that may have been acquired from a certain general in 07-00 about far away Azlanti colonies.
I wonder if those aren't the off-world colonies that make up the Azlanti Star Empire in Starfinder times.

Likely so, but ...

A) I don't really do SF and would prefer to see something in PF.
B) it would be apt and a fun future easter-egg if their attitudes in SF were partly formed / cemented due to interactions from murder-hobo flavored Pathfinders long, long ago...

Add me to the list of folks for:
Gloomspires finale
What's behind the door #1 (from 02-17)

... and adding to my list:

I'd like to see a callback to a certain Minotaur Prince as well, whom I don't believe we've seen anything of since Delerium's Tangle (barring a very brief mention in a faction mission in Season 3...). Given his previous ties to GM Torch, this could be a way to wrap / continue that particular storyline as well.

Something involving kraken so that we can see Captain Tanner finally get his revenge.

I mentioned this in another thread, but it would be nice if something from a 3rd party book was sanctioned, even if it was just 1 class from Paths of War or something like that. It might rekindle some interest from veteran players who have "tried everything" over the last 10 years, and it might sell off some product before version 2 comes out.

I'd really like the ability to try anything new that Pathfinder Society hasn't done (or hasn't allowed).

And if it isn't perfect, it doesn't matter much -- it's just 1 season and then it's dead. Start over. It's a good chance to try something interesting with no long-term repercussions.

Aram Zey. Personally I miss their guy handing out our assignments, especially regarding the Tapestry. I know he’s retired as Master of Spells, but I’m willing to bet that, given enough support from Pathfinders (especially the Seekers who remember him), Aram could be given a new position. Master of Tapestries sounds good. After all, none have studied the Hao Jin Tapestry more than him.

Grand Lodge 4/5

Other hard mode scenarios. Given the season 10 would close PF1, it would be especially befitting a grand barnum

Given the end of season special seems to involve the collapse of the Tapestry that seems unlikely.

I second, third and fourth this suggestion.

Also, fewer season 1-5's please, there's going to be much less need for new character experience going forward. If there are new people starting PF1 then they have a huge backlog of material already to draw on.

Please finish the Gloomspire arc.

More than one Seeker adventure would be great, maybe a linked series like All for Immortality.

Grand Lodge 4/5

It has already been confirmed that Season 10 will focus on higher tiers with less lower tiers.

We're also thoroughly aware that many of you want to pit your favorite characters against higher-level challenges, so we're reducing the number of lower level scenarios published noticeably for Season 10 while increasing the number of Tier 5-9, 7-11, 12-15 adventures (perhaps higher).

One more scenario with a named kitsune NPC? I think it's the only non-boon race in PFS scenarios to only have one named NPC.

There’s a second one in To a Seal the Shadow, but they’re a mythological figure.

But heeeeeeey, Compton. I could always, you know, VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE?! ;)

Alex - I would think you would've like the kitsune in To Seal the Shadow more than a normal kitsune NPC because...

Spoiler for TStS:
You pretend to be a kitsune while pretending to be a kitsune! It's kitsune-ception!

There are some magic items and spells like Altars and the spell Hallow that can really make home feel like home. I would like some way to to use these to make the Grand Lodge feel like the fortress it is.

For example: Boon (Endowment): Your mentor has fell during 10-99 'Bad Stuff' and left their fortune to the Society. Choose on of the following:

A memorial of shines to all the fallen pathfinder's gods now stands by the wall of names. Slot this boon while in Absalom and every character at the table may visit the Wall of Names to receive a blessing as if they prayed at their gods Altar, Inner Sea Gods.

According to their will, powerful blessings were placed over the Grand Lodge. Slot this boon while in Absalom and every character at the table receives the benefit of heroism while within the Grand Lodge walls, as if provided by a hallow or unhallow spell.

Yesterday I GMed The Sealed Gate, I'd love to see Nikolai Adonai show up again. I wanna see what the canonical outcome of that scenario is.

I, for one, am looking forward to Pathfinder Society: Year of the Blakros.
An entire year of missions in the Blakros museum.

I've been out of the game for a long time, but I'd dust off my Chronicles and fly to a convention if I got to play my favorite high-level character for a weekend and witness an epic conclusion to the campaign. I'll even set aside the vacation time needed to bring her up to date with all the errata that's probably come out.

7-11, please.

We've already seen 1-5, 3-7, 5-9, and they've all had the potential of party wrecking shenanigans... I want to see a Salvation of the Gloomspires thing on the epic scale please, but perhaps *not* quite as long?

What about a 7-11 followed by a 12-15 capstone?

EDIT: obviously the capstone would have to be so grim that it can perma-kill any of your #-X PCs within a single digit of the one you're actually playing.

I am kinda hoping for "The final Torch solution", honestly I don't even care how or why or what, I just want this storyline resolved until PF2 starts.

According to this post, The Den of the Master would be the 4th and final level.

Personally, the final seeker content scenarios for June and July should have a cap of 16. A lot of people I know have characters at that tier who have the majority of interaction with Thurl, Hestram, Dreng, early Torch events, the Aspis and the Ten.
