I love the fact that when Wizards was about to abandon the game I loved (3.5) for a completely new direction to RPG, as well as treating commercial allies like crap....they stood up and said We will tackle this. They then took that game and made it even better....they went about making deliberate improvements, and made the existing thing better...without taking it in a completely different direction. They then added new elements, especially classes and archetypes, that gave us more and more levels of complexity and flexibility. So that we now find ourselves with a system that is highly imaginative, flexible, and fun.

Hello Jason! Awesome first post.

Another Jason at Paizo? I think there’s either a bias in recruitment, or people called Jason just happen to be naturally gifted at RPG design, development, publishing, distribution, or whatever.

Also, pester them about getting your job title added to your profile!

Now...

68) Friendly welcoming community and great games that let me keep playing Chemlak 30 years after I first made him!
