Maps: Map Pack - Toad System
Looks like someone's already pirated the Toad System maps. Then again, when you have to wait three years for street date, I guess it's inevitable that they would leak eventually. :\

UPDATE: Welp, that was enjoyable while it lasted. I've now changed all of the April Fool's product names back to normal. Hope some folks got a chuckle or two out of our goofy post! Have a good weekend, everybody! :D
We did! It was funny! Thanks!

Is the ACG Adventure Chest shipping this month? It's on my list of stuff on my My Subscriptions page, but it's not listed here.
Hi Eliandra,
Thanks for your question! I've just done a bit of investigating on this, and it seems that they won't be here in time for this month's subscriptions. Sorry for the confusion! For the time being, we're going to move them to May, and we'll try to give updates if we have any new info on them.

Awesome, thanks! I'll look forward to seeing it in May!

Are we going to be receiving both issue #5 and #6 of Hollow Mountain this month?
Hi Theryon,
Unfortunately, it looks like neither #5 or #6 of Hollow Mountain will be ready to go for this month's subscriptions. We're sorry for the mixup, but for the time being we've pushed both back to May. If we get any more news, we'll be sure to letcha know!
Edit: We've now received #5, so that'll be going out this month! Number 6 is still slated for May.

I looked at Ultra-Pro's website for the case/chest. It pointed me to Channel Fireball as an official seller. (I guess?) On that website, it says the end of May as the release. I was hoping to get one before PaizoCon.

See the little comic #5 as it bravely traverses ocean and land to fight its way, ever forward to the loading dock of a humble warehouse. Bursting forth from its cardboard containment, leaping for joy from its pallets. Ascending to its place on the shelves, eagerly awaiting placement into the packages lining up to make their final journey into the hands of our ardent readers, fervent fans and committed collectors.
TL;DR: Hollow Mountain #5 hit the dock at 7am this morning. Just in the nick of time to be included in April's order spawning.

Hooray, auth seems to have finished! If you have subscriptions and have not yet received your confirmation email, let our Customer Service department know and we'll be glad to take a look for you. Either create your own thread in the CS forums, send an email to customer.service@paizo.com or give us a call.
Sidenote: we've noticed that some folks with the Legends subscription had an extra copy of the CD Set generated into their orders. We're currently doing some investigating into this issue, so hopefully we'll have a fix soon. If your order has two CD Sets in error, just hang tight for now while we try to figure out the best way to get them back to normal. Thanks for your patience!

In my auth email, the CD is listed twice, once under "Bundles" with no price and a note that it will be in my downloads once the shipment goes out, and once under "shipment" with the right (I think) price attached. I suspect this is the way it's supposed to be, not an extra copy.

Hi Ed,
I took a look into your order, and it seems that there was a small issue which we sent you an email about, but it's all sorted out now and it looks like your order should be shipped soon. :)

Forgot to mention yesterday, but we've started the shipping process! Orders started being printed and shipped yesterday, and we anticipate having them all sent out by the 22nd. We'll keep you updated if there are any hiccups, and then give the all-clear when everyone should have received their shipping email.
Just let us know if there are any questions in the meantime!

What I can't figure out is why my package arrived in Buffalo (about 60 miles west of here) Monday about 8 PM and was routed through East Syracuse (about a hundred miles east of here) late Monday night and Tuesday morning, to arrive here yesterday (Tuesday) about 1 PM. Ah, well, I'm sure the bureaucrats have a reason for what they do.

Shipping Logistics!
Sara Marie Customer Service Manager |
I'm not sure of the specifics out East but likely what is happening is that Buffalo is where Mail Innovations has a regional sorting facility for packages. When they've got a bin/truck ready, they deliver it to your regional USPS facility (East Syracuse?) who either ships it to an even more local post office or depending on what their facilities are like, hands it off to your mail person for delivery.
Ed Reppert |
East Syracuse is, as I implied earlier, about 150 miles east of Buffalo, and on the east side of Syracuse. Rochester is between them, about 60 miles east of Buffalo. All three cities are directly on (well, the city of Rochester is about ten miles north of) the NYS Thruway. I imagine that Syracuse is considered more a hub — it's certainly more centrally located, on the intersection of the Thruway and Interstate 81, which pretty much bisects the state N to S, and connects Binghamton in the Southern Tier with Montreal. It's just that I can imagine the guys in my local post office, which is about 300 yards south of the Thruway, waving to my package as it goes by on the way to Syracuse. "See ya tomorrow!" Just seems odd, but if the USPS, government (well, ex-government) bureaucracy that it is, thinks it's more efficient to send stuff 200 miles out of its way, more power to 'em. :-)
