As a former geography savant from a country where that's profoundly anomalous, I just want to try to get a roster of all the countries people on here are from. Just drop on by and tell us where you live. Let's try to stick with countries, here, folks, but appropriately snarky comments are welcome.

Me? I am just another boring, miserable, frightened, outrage-fatigued, more-than-half-insane Yankee Doodle Dandy, so on this thread, at least, America is #1!

Karl XII wasn't that bad. It is just that Gustaf was carved out of solid awesome. From certain perspectives, of course.
