So... I changed my mind and I built a Kel Dor Jedi7/Jedi Knight 1. He will be a primarily melee fighter.
Only need to finish his background and buy his equipment...
How much credit we have at the moment?
Also, if the Destiny rules are in play, we start with the max (8) or we roll a d8?
For the background, I would need a bit more info about what is the current situation of the Jedi (lost? in the Hidden Temple?...)

Here we go.
When you use the farseeing Force power, you can choose to target an object you hold instead of a character or creature. You can look into the targeted object's past, up to a maximum of 5 years per your character level. Any information gained about the object's past is based on the thoughts and emotions of the person holding or carrying the object at the time you perceive, which can skew the results of the vision.
Prerequisites: Force Perception, farseeing

I have a couple of questions regarding character creation.
1. Destiny, Background, or both?
2. How are we doing starting credits?
3. For the HP, are we allowed to reroll all of the 1's, or just the first one?
No Destiny or Background yet. If this turns into a Campaign that extends past the module I will incorporate those rules.
Yep, go ahead and re-roll all 1's.

The Jedi Order in this era had two major Temples one on Coruscant and one on Ossus. At the conclusion of the Sith War, both Temples were destroyed by the Sith and many of the Jedi were slain including Kol Skywalker, Kol's son Cade is presumed dead.
The exact number of survivors is uncertain but it could be up to half of the Order, this still creates a significant numerical advantage for the Sith.
This took place 5 years ago. The year is now 136.
As far as what the Jedi are doing right now

[dice=Level 2]Also, can we start with a Dark Side Score?
Indeed, if you wish to be a Dark Lord of the Sith you will need to give yourself to the Dark side. Take 1/2 your starting level (4) + 1d6, that will be your Dark Side starting score.
Jedi of questionable morals may take 1/2 their level (4) in Dark Side score.

What if we're actually playing a straight-up Sith? That requires a full Dark Side score equal to your Wisdom.

Yeah, I had the same question for Sith. I was intending on playing an Inquisitor or something similar. To take levels in Sith Apprentice/Lord, you are required to have a full Dark Side score. Since we can take the 1st level at 8th, can we choose to have a full Dark Side score so we can qualify? Also, would it be possible to give Sith Apprentice access to the Lightsaber Forms talent tree? The Sith are taught lightsaber forms just like the Jedi in pretty much every era of the old canon, but for some reason they don't have it.
And, just checking, we are using using the original 25 point-buy from Saga Edition, right? For some reason I thought we were using Pathfinder's point-buy, but I can't find where I thought I read that.

Yes take full Dark Side points + 1d4 in that instance.
I had the same problem with the Sith I am building in Phntm's game, per his post above you DO get access to that Talent tree.

Due to a lack of free time lately and seeing as this is a bit higher-level than I generally prefer to have a character begin at, I think I will be bowing out of this one. I will probably lurk though, mind you.
Happy gaming! :-)
Still have a few weeks to build that character Castor, if you change your mind by the 25th feel free to jump back in.

I had a similar question in mind, but there's a potential issue with that Talent: It has a Force Technique as a prerequisite, meaning you couldn't take it until 3rd level in the Sith Apprentice prestige class (since you get the first Technique at 2nd). Would it be possible for the purposes of this mini-campaign, as it stands now, to simply let Sith (and Imperial Knights for that matter) have access to the Lightsaber Forms Talent Tree?

Yeah, I got my X-Box working again, and I haven't played Skyrim in over six months, soooooooooooo....
I don't think I'll be taking on any new PbP for a while, especially with a system I am not as familiar with as I am with Pathfinder or Savage Worlds. Thanks for the consideration!
No problem. I understand.

Alright, here's the very rough basics of the characters I'm thinking of right now. Any feedback from others about who they'd rather play with, or from the GM for which faction you'd rather I shoot for, is appreciated! Obviously, the first character would be an Imperial Knight, the second a Sith.

I am interested in being the 15th player.
Shall I post a new character sheet?
Just ignore this post if you are not Storyteller Shadow :)
Decide what faction you wish to be a part of and go ahead and announce it. Need to get the characters into these silos so we have an even number for each faction.

Well, no, what I mean is the Unstable Crystal is a variant crystal in and of itself. Could my character attempt to replicate a specific kind of crystal, and end up with an unstable version of said crystal? It would have the bonuses/drawbacks of both crystal types.
Also, I'm gonna roll for HP here.
Hit Points: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Hit Points: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
Hit Points: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Hit Points: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Hit Points: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Hit Points: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
Hit Points: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
Brings me to 88. Not bad.
