Hide or healed. Your choice
Item of not dying vs Item of getting better. Fight ?
Item of totally not snakes, your infringement on a well-known IP is thinly veiled
Item that makes a really good song play in my head but feels underpriced and not very creative, against a kind of gross item that unfortunately does what it says on the tin. Sigh.

It's not the blood, it's the way you get all twisted up... Like a pretzel.
This is excellent. The last ability is likely OP for the item's price, but the whole is excellent. Keep.
The office item did survive the cull :-))
Good one, but too expensive! A permanent spell would fare better!
I do not like you, but at least your designer is imaginative. Not so the other one.
Not sure if peeps on Golarion know what that element is.
This item made me realize I made a spelling mistake in mine. I think that one hasn't been snarked upon yet!
Okay, yeah, sure, wait it does WHAT
Oooh, and immediately after that - my own item! W00t! But now I wish I gave it another pass before submitting :(
+1 bonus as price listed!

OMG I had to google this and it's a real thing. I may have nightmares tonight :( Still, you get my arachnophobic vote this time, item.
Two divining items. But the one on the left is far better IMO. And Keep :-)
Nice Cat you got there, though OP for its price IMO
Gross item wins against goody two-shoes
Useless ? vs Unusable ? Fight ?
Awww, but i wanted to combine it with my per encounter powers! OOOHH WAIT!

This aura and this slot do not exist in Pathfinder. How did you survive the cull ?
The snark is getting too much of a hold on my soul :-/
This is cool. Too utilitarian for a Keep, but cool nonetheless ;-)
I think I will always downvote you. Especially after the cull.
The DC is how much, again?!

Wow. Two goggle type items with goggle in the name... and both use different item slots... AND NEITHER ARE EYES?!
*facedesk*
Guess I will go with the one that selected an actual item slot in pathfinder.
"AND I SHALL CALL HIM... 'Mini Me' "
ps I voted for that item
UH HUHUHU - It says a%##+@@ -

This item fits my definition of overpowered. That one on the other hand goes far beyond it in realms where madness resides

I knew it was bound to happen...
Two items I workshopped up against each other. I'm sorry guys. I really like both. Going to sit here a few minutes really thinking this one through.

Both are horrible... one... less so? Maybe? How did you make it past the cull!?
"Inspector Gadget" I found a Inspector Gadget item!
You put a blank line that eases reading. This is almost the only reason I upvote you :-(
Ooh. So that Occult item survived the cull. But then so did the unformatted one of the previous pairing :-/
I like masks thematically, but they sure don't tend to go beyond the most obvious ability.
Once again I find myself upvoting a camping item. It's been my kryptonite in this contest.
Interesting item : imaginative and useful in several different ways. A bit too outlandish for me to Keep, but a good item nonetheless.
Well, that's a change. That item that kept turning up that I sort of like finally got an upvote. It's not that it's bad, it's just it's had bad luck with its competitors.

Ok, so maybe yesterday, I was angry about the Referencing a specific page.
Maybe yesterday I was lashing out at the world. Compared to another item, it wasn't so bad. I apologize; something was wrong with ME. Nothing inherently wrong with your design.
That's one expensive SiaC, with a bafflingly terrible and unnecessary drawback.
Bob's house fail's against the march of a decent time item
I really like that show too, but that does not mean it should become an item.
I just saw the item that speaks of itself. Very funny I must say :-)
And ... it's a Keep too. Huge potential.
Two item that summon multiple animals. The one that shows good design has them accomplish some novel task that gives a mechanical benefit to something/someone. The one which does not just summons animal to fight, and costs so much that It can only be afforded at high level play, where adding multiple 1HD animals to a fight does noting to combat but slow it down.

By the way...
No character of mine has ever spent more than 20k gp on an item. So anything above that strikes me as merely theoretical, and thus is automatically less interesting.
Above about 50k gp my eyes glaze over. You might get my vote, but you will never get my heart.
For whatever that is worth.
Okay neat but what happens when I try to sheath it...

That is a little TOO specific. Please be careful with snark.
