This subject came up on another thread, and i thought it should be posted here as it should make its way into future versions of the rules. What alignment is porn?
Good aligned porn shows consenting adults enjoying sex.
Evil aligned porn is exploitative, cruel or involves children.
Lawful porn conforms to one sexual taste.
Chaotic porn is more eclectic.
Which means good and neutral porn would be PFS legal!

Absolutely not! I need to clarify whether Ron Jeremy gets a bonus to his Perform (Porn) check from his Charisma, or a penalty! It's CONFUSING!!!
Also, do two creatures have to share the same square to do it? What about 3 people? What about 7? Do penalties from squeezing apply to F*+* checks?
Would you be able to get circumstance bonus to your Perform check if you succeed on an acrobatics check?
Remember that charisma is not beauty! Ron has a huge, umm, charisma even though he is small and ugly (IMHO).

I don't think it is necessary to share squares, multiple creatures can take part in a grapple and they do not have to share squares.

OK, I guess it depends on the game world agreed to by your DM and group.
Because, in the real world, shocked Victorian archaeologists would routinely find all sorts of porn, in the form of sculptures, mosaics, frescoes, decorations on pottery, and more in temples, churches, markets, government buildings, and so on. It seems that at times in human history, "Lawful Normal" porn was an every-day thing for some cultures, and included gay porn, porn involving satyrs and fauns and other mythological beings, porn involving animals, and even the occasional naughty tentacles porn (no, really), and any of the endless varieties of more "vanilla" stuff you can think of. Certainly, it's taken for granted now that prostitution in various forms was a normal part of some ancient religions, and perhaps the paintings and mosaics were advertisements for what visitors to these cities could expect to find at the local temples.
It's probably not an area I'd have ever considered exploring in any of my games, and really not one I'm interested in exploring now, but, if that's where your group's going, then I guess your imagination is the limit, and you need not be bound by today's mores and taboos.
Just please: respect each others' boundaries, keep it legal, and don't do anything that will end up on national news and in Jack Chick comics as yet another example of the creepy things role players get up to....

I´d treat it as a specific subset of art - sculpture, painting, etc. It may occasionally be an indicator of the alignment of the artist, especially due to its function (as it tends to glorify or espouce values or situations, rather than warn against them).
Now, if you want to check what skills bards can emulate with perform (sexual), then I´d really discuss that with the DM first :) .

The same alignment as all forms of art. Without being magic and/or intelligent books are usually neutral, swords are neutral, paintings are neutral. The same holds true for porn.
Porn doesn't hurt people, people hurt people.
Just please: respect each others' boundaries, keep it legal, and don't do anything that will end up on national news and in Jack Chick comics as yet another example of the creepy things role players get up to....
This is a mouthful! After 16 years of table tops, I've never dared to step foot into a convention EVER, and have never been LARPing. However, I get questions almost constantly about those 2 things. Like all groups, we get stereotyped by the more eccentric of our kind.
(not saying that either LARPing or Cons are bad, just saying I'd rather play 4th edition then go to either :p~~~~~~ )
Porn itself is neutral by deafult, as Just a Guess said. If you violate local community standards regarding content, you add the [Chaotic] descriptor; by strictly adhering to local standards for content you can add the [Lawful] descriptor. If you involve children, you add the [Evil] descriptor.
I don't think you can add the [Good] descriptor to porn. (You can have good porn, but not Good porn, if you see what I mean.)

What alignment is chopping wood? What alignment is making soup? What alignment is putting your left shoe on before your right shoe.
There are some acts, such as murder, which are universally (excepting by sociopaths) accepted as wrong. Like wood-chopping, porn is not one of them.
I believe the best answer to your question is: mu.

Eh, I disagree. Sexual intimacy as a catalyst to love, redemption etc or even as a therapeutic measure is not that strange a concept.
The real question is, are these sorts of threads Evil or Good?
Naturally, it depends on Position.
Missionary Style would be Lawful Good. Anything Anal is probably going to be at least Chaotic. And then there's the really weird stuff that is obviously Evil.
You can do the math from there.
