I runnning PFS on Halloween at my house. Any Ideas?
My guidelines are
levels 1-7
prefer No year 0's
would like it to run 4-5 hrs real time ;)
I need something for all levels of experance pathfinder players
I need mod number
I currenly only have Beasterary 1 if the monsters require other books please let know

The feast of ravenmore (level 1s gonna die though)
echoes of the overwatched
in wraths shadow
cultists kiss would be excellent but its 7-11
Severing Ties. It's not horror, but it's practically trick-or-treating.
The Free RPG Day modules would probably be great choices. More so the We Be Goblins duo but Dawn of the Scarlet Sun would work, too.
GMs don't actually have to own the Bestiaries in order to run games. The PRD is acceptable.
Feast of Ravenmoor would be great, but it runs 8-10 hours.
My best suggestion would be Cairn of Shadows. It's super creepy, but it's for levels 5-9.

Do a search on the boards and you'll find this question comes up every year or so :)
For my money, at lower tiers:
#0-06 Black Waters, depending on how much you go into the roleplay aspect (check the GM boards for some neat stuff including details on the "meal", can be *super* creepy (tier 1-5).
#1-47 The Darkest Vengeance (also 1-5) is another great creepy one (haunted house-ish).
I also echo Cairn of Shadows for higher tier.
#49 Among the Dead (1-7) is a keeper. It has one crazily bad encounter, but other than that is solid. A bit of horror, lots of practical humor, an interesting locale and one crazy npc.
It's Frost though, so prepare.

Hands down Black Waters is a great creepy adventure for low levels. Ramp up the Role Play to 11 and it is a creep fest. It is season 0 but there is a ton of stuff on the boards for it. Plus all the 3.5 stuff is still on the internet.
I am a fan of Black Waters (a Jimmy Stewart impression for the caretaker is quite fun), but just to add some diversity to the suggestions, S2-11 The Penumbral Accords (1-5) could be good (the one night every year corresponds to our Halloween and shadowy figures) S3-16 The Midnight Mauler (3-7) would also be good - chasing down a werewolf.
#1-35: Voice in the Void is a really solid scenario for cosmic-horror, provided you're willing to spice things up a bit.

If only 5-9's were allowed...I know Haunting of Hinojai is one we're running locally which is absolutely perfect for Halloween.
0-05: Mists of Mwangi is an awesome creepy museum scenario. You could run it with Penumbral Accords for double Blakros fun.

Black Waters. Nothing else beats it for creepy settings - this is a true haunted scenario (and it doesn't have HAUNTS!).
Carrion Hill would be good - but it runs 8 hours, (it does split easily into two settings though).
You guys ....
You Only Die Twice is awesome. Can't remember what tier it is though.
I believe it's level 5-9, but 5-14 The Haunted House* can be played up nicely.
*I know it's really called Day of the Demon, but my title is better and less spoilery.
Voices of the void with the lights down low would be awesome.

Day of the Demon is tier 3-7 and it does a good job at being a creepy house. I just ran it and loved it. Could be a bit tough for the inexperienced...

The Traitors Lodge can also be an amazing haunted house, especially if you have a good GM. It will scare the crap out of you with both descriptions and mechanics if done right. Our GM used 3D models for the battle mat and it was intense.

If doing this, you should do Among The Living first. Only issue is that it is season zero, but all the critters are available on,ins (or, better, just use their bestiary version)
The Year 4 Golemworks Incident was very creepy, but I think it's a higher tier mod.
I find the 3-23 "The Goblinblood Dead" can be very creepy if the GM runs it that way. That is what I'm planning to run for my group's Halloween game.
Black Water and Voices in the Void are both excellent, creepy scenarios.
But THE most horrifying scenario I've ever played or run was #4–02: In Wrath’s Shadow for levels 3-7. Bodes hanging from the ceiling, murals full of self-flagellation, piles of cultists who sacrificed themselves - super creepy. Especially if you modify the haunt a bit, to show the players the scene that the GM gets to read in the intro!
My one caveat is that the first and final combats can be deadly for newbies, though. So if your players are new, save it for next year.
Cairn of Shadows is full of creepiness (5-9). I really like this one after running it three times!
Another vote for Black Waters.
thread necro - but it's that time of year again.
Still Black Waters is the one for me...
I've said it in other threads and I'll say it again here: Tears at Bitter Manor.
Undead, haunted woods, a creepy backwoods hamlet, and the titular manor - what more could you want!
I look forward to running it Halloween weekend.

I ran it a while ago, and while I wouldn't necessarily qualify it as "horror" (it misses any really creepy stuff, IMHO), it gets the atmosphere so, so right. Definitely a recommendation.
A different module is Feast of Ravenmoor, especially if you're fan of the movie Hot Fuzz.
For PFS scenarios, I'd say Black Waters, Golemworks Incident, and maybe Cultist's Kiss. The latter isn't necessarily horror, but still pretty creepy and it gets under your skin.

"Before the Dawn, Part I: The Bloodcove Disguise" is all about dressing up in costumes and going door to door to collect supplies.
I agree on #0-6: Black Waters, #4–02: In Wrath’s Shadow, and #4-3: Golemworks Incident. #1-35 Voice in the Void also has that potential, but your GM really needs to play up the surrounding.
I also recommend #2-12: Below the Silver Tarn. Almost like a zombie movie, except no zombies.

Now you can follow up Black Waters with School of Spirits, and Hall of the Flesh Eaters with Labyrinth of Hungry Ghosts. Oh, and Traitor's Lodge followed by Thralls of the Shattered God. You'll give your players nightmares.

We ran bone keep for our Halloween day.
Thread Necro:
I think it's about time to dig this thread out again and dust the dirt off it.
So - what's everyone's "Best Halloween PFS mod"?
No Response From Deepmar. For levels 7-9 and it's sanctioned for PFS.
(Btw, there is already a recent thread for this subject.)
Here it is:

Halloween's a Thursday this year, so no night-of-holiday game for us. But our FLGS is hosting a PFS/SFS mini-con over the Nov 1-3 weekend, and the schedule includes the Overwatched scenarios, Thralls of the Shattered God, and a couple of the We Be Goblins modules.
I'll add Corpses in Kalsgard to the list for PFS1.
