That's right. Vic mentioned here the delay with Adventure Deck 2 pushing all the other Adventure Decks back by a month, so no Adventure Deck 3 in October.

Any idea when the example shipments are going to be back up? As a UK subscriber, shipping costs are difficult to predict so I use the subscriptions page to get a rough estimate of how much the month's shipment is going to cost and without it I'm a bit stuck.

Hi all,
I have just emailed customer service to suspend my Pathfinder rpg subscription for the next few months. I've been trying to do it on the site, but the pages have been undergoing maintenance (although I could be looking in the wrong place).
I understand you're all busy right now, but I thought I'd drop the request here as well as the email...

Apocryphile: There is no place on the site where you can suspend your subscriptions yourself, you need to contact CS.
That said, posting here is probably best (though you might want to create your own thread), as (last I heard) they had a backlog of close to 2000 emails in their inbox.

Current email count is 2007. I tried really hard to get it under 2000 before Sharaya and Katina got in this morning because hitting 2k is pretty depressing, but alas, couldn't seem to get them out faster than they came in. We are doing our best to triage the situation.
That being said, we came across an issue with how shipping costs are displayed and we are currently assessing the situation. We won't be authorizing/spawning today and I am holding off on changing things too permanently until we have a better idea of where we sit.

I apologize as I thought I had updated it, but apparently had not. We had a ship issue crop up last week and had to fix that up first. It was touch and go if it would be ready by today. It looks good in their end and in our test environment so I will be starting it within the next couple hours.

I sent Customer Service an email to suspend my Campaign Setting sub for the month but it has been authorized anyway. I realize that the email backlog is massive so and that's why I'm checking in here too.

I see my auth came through last night, but the Pathfinder Legends #4 wasn't part of it.
Has that been delayed? Or did it not correctly slide from my side cart to the order?
It doesn't look like it made it from the order to the sidecart so it was just chilling by itself in an order. I've combined them and I will send a new confirmation email.

Received my authorization last night as well.
However, last week I started a new subscription (PACG) and it authorized and shipped immediatly instead of waiting for my monthly shipment. Not a huge deal, definitely not upset, but wanted to bring it up in case this is another glitch in the system.
The glitch lies in our order checkout system and its less of a "glitch" and more of just "confusing interface" because sometimes you have to go backwards through checkout buttons to find the option for combining with subscription shipments.

I've suspended the subscription and put Ships of the Inner Sea in your sidecart for when you unsuspend it. Just let customer service know when you are ready to unsuspend it.
EDIT; I just read the email and it sounds like you want it cancelled, not suspended. Please let me know if this is not the case.

Auth/Order spawning is all done. If you didn't get your order spawned and you were expecting it too please let customer service know. Keep in mind there was no card game release this month. Deck #2 should have shipped in September. I did notice that some people who started with the add-on deck last month didn't have deck #2 spawned. If you still don't have an order for deck #2, let customer service know.

You're right. That is confusing. If I understand you correctly, there's a button in the interface that will tell the system to ship a new subscription with my monthly subscriptions. ;-)

Was it an email that says "A package containing # items from Paizo Order #0000000 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, October 24 via some delivery service, estimated # to # business days in transit." or something like that?
If so, that email gets generated when the label for your package is printed. It usually (usually) gets shipped in the next day or two. The date on the end is simply the date they expect to have all shipping done. Every single email will say that date, not just yours. So don't take that to mean it won't ship until the 24th. Take it to mean they are close enough to your order in the shipping queue that they printed your label.

I don't think Columbus Day is a public holiday in Washington State, so i imagine the Paizo team will be working as usual on Monday. Maybe USPS won't work, but we should still get our pdf copies as i think they are dropped into our downloads when the label for the postal delivery is generated. But i could be wrong!

Unfortunately, according to Wikipedia, only Hawaii, Alaska, Oregon, and South Dakota do not recognize Columbus Day at all, In fact, just last week, the Seattle City Council has voted to replace Columbus Day by the new Indigenous Peoples' Day, as various other cities have done since 1992. So, I guess, we're out of luck.

The Paizo office will be closed on Monday, October 13.
We will reopen on Tuesday, October 14.
Regardless of what Seattle or Washington state do, Columbus day is a Federal holiday. No USPS.
