Yeah, Tuesday confirm here with no further word for me. Pretty sure this happened to me last year around this time too, I blame the Golem Sale. The front page originally had all orders predicted to go out by the 17th, but I think somewhere in the thread they said technical difficulties pushed things back a day or two.

Question about Order 3297370, in Payments under the dollar amount it says expired the 13th, it is now the 16th and checking my bank statement it shows I have not been charged, is this a problem?

I do not have an ETA but I doubt it will be tomorrow. The ability to put Great Golem Sale items in sidecarts for subscriptions is making it hard to guesstimate.

We are already prioritizing subscriptions. We are still shipping. Warehouse schedules are not always static and its not predictable when shipping will end for the weekend, though typically, by 7pm is usually a safe bet.

Well I can assure you that the street date will come before I get my physical stuff in the mail, but I'd at least like to get my PDFs. I'm itching to both go through Advanced Class Origins to see what I can apply to my current characters (and probably add yet another to my growing list of builds I want to try out) and see the rest of the Monster Codex's Simple Class Templates, as I hope to use them often in my freelance work.

Based on Sara's comment Thursday, I'm certain subscriptions are still being prepared. Still pending myself. I'm sure there will be cheering when October subscription shipping is complete (along with the Golem Sale).

At this point subscription orders for October should be out the door.
If you have a subscription order that is still pending from October: take a peak at your order history page to make sure there's no payment method issues and if not, create a new thread in the CS forums, email us or give us a call to let us know so we can check into it.

Please note, customer service is currently slammed and our response time is significantly delayed.

Should I be worried now that my October order, shipped on October 16, still hasn't arrived here in Germany? It's been more than 6 weeks now. It used to be that orders would arrive within 10-14 days, as estimated ("Estimated 6 to 10 business days in transit"). Anyone else still waiting?
