We are not sending an update to Kickstarter backers yet - we figured we would let the forum warriors give it a shakedown cruise before we deluge it with 8,000+ backers.
Please let us know in this thread if you have any problems with the Leaderboard or the Land Rush tech.
We know there are still people who have not been able to transfer their accounts from paizo.com to goblinworks.com. please email us directly if you are affected - unless: You are an Alpha backer of the 1st Kickstarter, or you purchased your Enrollment on the Goblin Squad Store on paizo.com. Those folks will be transferred by a process we are still working out.
Everyone else:

I am confused, I thought those of us in the "top 3" from the first land rush were ineligible for this one?
We'll ignore those guilds when computing results for the draft. But you are welcome to add yourself to the leaderboard and publicize your guild. We want all the guilds to move into the game pretty soon.

That fact is strongly stated in our description. At the very least, I wanted to have a place for everybody who was ineligible to vote again to gather and cheer.

I guess I'll have to buy you a drink by proxy and fill their tankards up a time or two. Hopefully they'll pay it forward to you. ;)

I can not link my Paizo Account and my Gobin Works Accounts. I have gone through all of the pledge steps as a KS2 pledge, and when I hit send for the email verification it said it could not add my KS items.
I tried sending an email to customer service and my email sent me an error message that the customer service email is not valid.

How long is the approval process?
The approval process is done manually so it takes as long as it takes someone (normally Lee, but technically any goblin with admin privileges to the site such as Mark or myself) to read through your name, motto, description and visit your website to confirm that it doesn't have anything we don't want on the site.

Until EE begins, this is the only way they can ban you.
=P
Just kidding, of course! I hope you get your problem solved soon so you can get set up in the Land Rush =)

I sent an email to customer support, I think my issue is with this:
Kickstarter items could not be reported to Goblinworks. Please try again later.
As a final step, you will need to submit your pledge to Goblinworks, including a username and password. We do not retain this information and have no means of retrieving it, so please record it securely. If you need further help after this step, please contact Goblinworks Customer Support at
customer.support@goblinworks.com.

Since my question was ignored (or just missed) in another thread concerning land rush 2, I want to re-ask it here.
Each week, and mainly for the week 10 final count, how will ties be decided? Since it is mainly just ranked by member counts, if several settlement/companies end up with a similar number of members, how will it be decided who makes it inside the top 30 and who are 31, 32, ect?
I feel this is an important question to ask, especially early in this land rush.

Was it not going by who got to the number first? That's what I thought I saw.
While Nihimon is correct in that the leaderboard decides ties via guild creation order, I would like to point out that the leaderboard is not the ultimate deciding factor for who gets a settlement. On each draft date the entire list of guilds along with number of members is pulled down and passed off to Lee for him to do !MATH! on before determining the final modified strength of each guild. I don't know the comprehensive list of modifiers but i know it takes into account how long a guild has staked a claim at a specific location.

hint: making a script once is less work than doing !MATH! again and again.
Also, tracking scores openly is a lot less suspicious than "well, but despite larger numbers you got bumped down to 11th place after Lee applied some forbidden arcana modifiers".
