update March 13: After some initial bugs that delayed the auth/order spawning, things are moving along. If you notice anything wrong with your subscription or order, please let us know!

We're gearing up for March new releases being shipped out to subscribers!

The biggest thing of note is that we recently had a massive rollout of new software updates for the website and our order processing system. We had initially planned for the authorization/order planning to take place Thursday, March 6th, but we've decided to give the tech team an extra day to squash bugs from the new code. If you notice anything that seems weird please let our tech team know. If you have order issues, you can let customer service know here in the customer service forums (by starting a separate thread for your issue) or via email or phone.

The other big thing of note is the Pathfinder Legends Audio Drama by Big Finish. The first CD is being released this month. Unfortunately we do not have a subscription set up in time for March subscriptions. We'll hopefully have some more details Soon™. If you preorder the first volume and place it in your sidecart, it will ship with your March Paizo Subscriptions.

Non-Subscription New Releases

↬If you have anything in your sidecart that is *ready to go* when we run the order spawning process, it will be shipped with this subscription.
↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of longer than 2-6 days, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

One issue right now is that Sidecarts do not appear to be appearing on the My Subscriptions page. You should be able to view the items on your My Account page if you scroll down (lower right).

Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Pathfinder PF Special Edition Subscriber

There used to be a display showing the estimates for subs on the my subscription page. It also gave a good picture of what was going to ship in the month. Has this been removed or am I just unlucky? It kind of leaves me uncertain exactly what will ship to me this march. It was also handy as I could estimate whether to add other things to my shipment, and how much I could add.

It's not just you. Mine are not showing either.


I don't see my subscription estimates listed either. It was a great feature and actually encouraged me to add more to my orders to get the $10.00 off shipping.

Hopefully, it's just a glitch and the estimates will return very soon.

I think that's the new layout for our subscription page. You'll notice the section Est. Date, I think that gets filled in once Sara and the rest of the gang have all our orders spawned. But I could be wrong

I've started the authrun/order spawning, but I am going slow, only doing a few at a time until I can verify everything from the website rollout is running smoothly.

Looks like confirmation emails are blank. Tech Team gonna fix that then hopefully we'll be truckin' again. This will almost for sure bleed over into tomorrow.

Nope, I did 6 people, stopped and checked and saw that happen. Tech is rolling the fix now.

Yeah, the blank email thing was a derp on my part not realizing they'd moved from my order view. But it was not calculating shipping so thats fixed now. Sidecart items still getting into sub orders so I've stopped again and tech is fixing.

If it helps, my order seems fixed. Strategy Guide is back in the sidecart, the Order Detail page for that order looks correct. Only remaining oddity is that my My Subscriptions page isn't showing any store credit. (Store credit is showing correctly on the order detail page, though.)

Yup, we are being very careful to try to test out and fix any orders that aren't quite right. No order left behind :)

Is there a reason why under the "My Subscription" page it states Unable to Ship for March's order but gives shipping methods for April and May?

I cant check my emails at the moment, but it looks to me that my subscription order has spawned (Order 3000939 is pending) but that the Big Finish CD didnt make it in.

As I say, I cant look at my emails, so maybe this is a premature error report. Congratulations on reaching the three millions, by the way (it doesnt look like it includes a checksum).

Same here, but am not to worried, as the last time that happened with my subscription, it was something to do with the authorization system ticking over past midnight or some such (think that's how it was explained).

Am sure they'll let us know if there's been any serious issues with it, and otherwise it'll go through as normal.

To everyone that's saying their March sub has merged into April - This happens pretty frequently. If I remember right, it has to do with the order spawning process. When they start the process it screws up the Subs page, but once all the orders have been spawned things go back to normal.

I had about a third of the auth/spawning done on Friday, but we're having some issue with it crashing. Gary and I were in for a while on Saturday and Christopher is working on finishing up fixing things. Its also having issues calculating and shipping international packages.
I'm bumping the auth date until tomorrow and the start shipping date until Wednesday to allow us time to get things back in order.

The warehouse is doing as much prep work as possible to make things go faster once it gets fixed up. We do not currently expect this to affect the estimated date to end shipping new releases.

Christopher has fixed the crashing issue *clapping, cheering and high-fives all around* and is now tackling the international orders that aren't getting correct shipping with a hopeful fix eta of tomorrow morning.

Is there a way to cancel a pre-order currently waiting in my side-cart for my next subscription shipment so that I can add a subscription for that product line? I'm afraid adding the non-subscription copy of Tears at Bitter Manor might delay my subscriptions for the month.

The my subscriptions page said mine wouldn't ship til Wednesday...just got here this afternoon!!!!
