Licensed Pathfinder on Virtual Tabletops

Can anybody tell me if there is currently available, or even soon to be available licensed Pathfinder content for virtual table tops?

I LOVE that I can buy adventure path content within hero lab. I love to GM, but I have a full time job, and a full time family, and even a dog who likes to go on walks every.single.day. The fact that I can just buy stuff ready to run makes an old guy like me happy. Why do you think I buy adventure paths in the first place?

Now, as life has gone on, my 25 year gaming companions and I have all moved to different cities. We love the idea of playing online with each other, but the work involved in getting everything ready is simply too much for our very busy real life schedules. We've tried Roll20, and d20 pro, and fantasy grounds and they are all awesome but on none of them can I simply buy an adventure path and have everything nice and easy.

WHY NOT?

Seriously, one of the benefits of being gainfully employed...other than having a decent pension plan...is that I have money to spend on things. I would happily spend my money on prepackaged content for Pathfinder. I don't want to play 5e...I don't even like 5e...but the fact that I can just buy all that stuff on Fantasy Grounds is tempting.

Paizo! Get with it! Seriously...license your stuff already so I can just give you money and play.

However...if this stuff already exists somewhere and I haven't found it, please enlighten me.

PS...I just thought of this as I typed this out. If any of you out there have actually done all the work to convert an adventure path to a VTT send me a PM or respond to this message. I will happily send you some of my hard earned money if I can just have your work pre packaged.

The Road to Revolution AP by Oone Games (lvl 1-16)is available for Fantasy Grounds, the Razor Coast AP by Frog God Games (5th-12th level) is available for D20Pro. (Also the first two installments of the Legendary Planets AP have been loaded for D20Pro with the rest planned to follow)

Unfortunately, Paizo seems to have decided thus far to keep the VTT licensing restricted, perhaps in hopes of the developmet of their seemingly abandoned in-house VTT.

I'm not sure if Lone Wolf's Realmswork could be used with teamspeak/skype/whatever to simulate a VTT using HeroLab, but it might be worth looking into since they ARE licensing that for their APs.

I, too, wish Paizo would authorize someone (Fantasy Grounds would be my pick) with a real VTT to do their APs.... but nothing so far,

My guess (and it's only a guess)...

...Paizo is a book publisher. That's what they want to do. they don't want to be an electronic gaming publisher. They'd be happy to license out their material to the right VTT provider, so long as it didn't adversely impact their book sales. I bet no one has come to them with the right, no impact VTT solution for the right $$$ money.

You mention Hero Lab and they were able to prove to Paizo that Lone Wolf could be a good Character Generator product to partner with and provide a value-added product to Paizo's fanbase. that's what a VTT provider is going to need to do.

Honestly, I think it makes more sense to go to Roll20's or Fantasy Ground's forum and ask them why they haven't thrown in with Paizo yet.

Realm Works isn't a very good VTT, but that's becuase it's not TRYING to be one. XD It's campaign management software - and very good at that, I might add - but it works better in conjunction with a VTT if you're playing online. Or as a GM-only tool.

I thought I'd share the latest news on this: http://paizo.com/paizo/news/v5748eaic9v98

I know how this will sound, but we have more than a few house rules, and we have the books. So, we will always be in the market for the books themselves (which we would have by our sides to refer to), but we too have a distance from our old gang and real life time issues. Apparently, there are some decent VTTs out there that have just about everything but the kitchen sink, but I for one would actually like to have a Paizo-related VTT that actually DOESN'T come pre-loaded with the rules (yeah, I know, heresy ;->).

There are a ton of games that Paizo does, and more in addition that they want to look into coming out with, and I'd love just a bare-bones thing that would enable us to play remotely without needing numerous different forms of the VTT (one for each game), or that would be complex enough to enable us to plug in our own interpretations, but would have a really annoying learning curve. And yeah, yeah, we wouldn't be "legal" for PFS play, but we don't generally do that. If we ever do get into that, we'll have our own, separate set of characters for that. We even have our own character sheet system, thanks, so that wouldn't even be something to worry about having to include. :)

Maybe the various other third-party sites could charge players and GMs for all the bells, whistles, rules, character sheets, etc., but if they would also offer a freebee no-frills version that would just display the map (and let us use Paizo AP maps for that), let us show our characters and my NPCs/monsters, and I dunno, maybe let us roll dice (though we have bags and bags of those, too ;->), that would be awesome...oh, and work with some voice chat thing, too. Not all of us type very quickly. :)

EDIT: And if that simple version could be guaranteed to come out sooner, that would be ideal. ;->
