The Seventh Veil is true neutral as an organization, but in no way affiliated with Pax.
TEO has an alliance with TSV that goes back to shortly after our founding on PFO because of our shared interest in community betterment.
Hm, that's interesting considering that TSV has NE as one of their preferred alignments, but, then again, that's to be expected from a TN guild I suppose.

From my understanding evil members of the Veil are more like mad scientists than tyrants. They engage in forms of research that are ethically questionable such as studying necromancy through the practice of it. They are however, unlikely to to raise an undead army and use it to promote slaughter and oppression. They may accidently make some monsters that go off and slaughter people when they break free of their restraints.

Imagine it more as a union. CotP is joining TEO for all intents and purposes of PFO. And TEO is joining the greater CotP community for any other games that we may play together. Our policies already align with theirs, so little actually changes from this union aside from potentially more folks joining us here.

Correct. We are not "subordinates" of CotP, we are members of it. Within the realms of Pathfinder Online TEO's leadership is the highest CotP authority. When we join another game, we enter as regular members. This is CotP's standard policy which is just another reason they make such a great fit for us.
There are some great people in CotP who would make incredibly fine officers in TEO but ultimately, should they rise to power here, it will be because they have proven their merits and earned their rank within TEO, and we granted them power accordingly. They will not be forced upon us by the greater whole of CotP.

Yeah. I can imagine a scenario where we have an undead rat problem and one of our NE wizards creates some undead cats to solve it. :P

The Empyrean Order is now an official part of the Covenant of the Phoenix gaming community. We will be keeping our name, leadership, and structure. The main change is that we are now hooked into a large active group with whom we can enjoy the many other titles they play, and that they can now come and enjoy PFO together with us as a part of TEO.
Congrats, man, looks like a good match there =)

Wurm is a great sandbox/full loot pvp game.
Graphics and animation are 2nd tier, but the gameplay, crafting and minecraft style terraforming really set it apart.

Gloreindl has a long and storied past, having existed in table-top RPG's and MMO's for over 34 years now ;) I based it on Tolkien's work, using Glo from Glofindal, and the last name of my best friend since I was 4, Reindl (Norwegian name). He was my second character in D&D Basic, and lived on through all the iterations of D&D, SPI's Dragonquest, and now Pathfinder.
