A question for this thread: I completed three scenarios. The third scenario's chronicle sheet allows me to gain a new animal companion if I present all 3.

Am I able to trade these three sheets? I guess I can write "Boon Traded Away" on my sheet or something...

You would need the Share the Wealth boon to transfer it, and I think that one only allows you to transfer it to a different character, not a player. Generally speaking, scenario chronicle boons cannot be gifted to other players.

I should probably clarify that I'm only looking for Extraordinary Companions that are not obtainable via traditional Chronicle Sheets (i.e. no Axe Beaks, Owlbears, etc.)

As far as I know, you can write in anyone for your Tier 3 RSP GM Boon. If you want to offer it as a trade option for another boon, I don't think that violates the spirit of the boon.

The RSP GM boon allows you to earn three tiers of rewards for GMing at approved locations. Six games get you a bonus on certain rolls, while at 12 you get a race boon. The third tier, at 24 games GMed, allows you to write in a players name and PFS number, then photocopy the boon and pass it on to the chosen player. That player then also may use the boon to play the race listed.

does both players (the one with the original Boon and the player with the copy) have to run the same Race? Both Tieflings for example? And if so, would they have to be the same bloodline?

No, I don't think so. I don't have my copy handy, but I'm pretty sure it says the second player can play aasimar or tiefling. The original GM does not have any effect on the new boon. The skinwalker boon from last year made no mention that both skinwalkers had to be the same type either.

I asked to trade for someone’s Tier 3 RSP boon back when I had no other access to legacy races in Starfinder. I didn’t wind up doing the trade because legacy races showed up as the Starfinder GM boon that quarter, and so I got Charli her gnome boon in another manner!

I'm going to make you sad, because there was a Boon out there that required the mulching of a tiefling and an aasimar boon to allow play of a Ganzi, and I did it.

It was the only Assimar boon I'll probably ever see in PFS Thanks to the person who traded it!, having missed out on the alleged 'Great Assimar Production Line' prior to their retirement a few Seasons ago.

The thing has me more glad is the tengu availability, and I need to get back to making more of them...

That aside, I've built a merfolk.

I was going to build *ludicrous* with them, but with the 'sunset' of PFS potentially looming, the play options for one are going to become dramatically fewer.

And I need to make moar tengu.

Not trading, but just putting out a feeler, would there be an interest in a 'completed' merfolk boon (it'd have several other racial boons involved with it to make it 'work')?
