Hello, so this is my issues :
Rope Master talent go as follows
Benefit: A rogue with this ability can move at her normal speed when using rope on a Climb check, can take 10 when using Acrobatics to move over narrow surfaces even when in danger or distracted, and gains a +4 bonus when determining the DC to escape bonds when she ties up a creature.
While the Climb Speed Modifiers in the Climb Skil description ;
Climb Speed A creature with a climb speed has a +8 racial bonus on all Climb checks. The creature must make a Climb check to climb any wall or slope with a DC higher than 0, but it can always choose to take 10, even if rushed or threatened while climbing. If a creature with a climb speed chooses an accelerated climb (see above), it moves at double its climb speed (or at its land speed, whichever is slower) and makes a single Climb check at a –5 penalty. Such a creature retains its Dexterity bonus to Armor Class (if any) while climbing, and opponents get no special bonus to their attacks against it. It cannot, however, use the run action while climbing.
Therefore is it normal to think that a Rogue with the Rope Master Talent benefit from the +8 racial bonus for every climb check made involving ropes?

I think that passage about climb speeds is for creatures that come with a natural climb speed, not ones that might get one via a class ability or spell, etc. Hence, it is a racial bonus.
A rogue or ninja with Wall Climber gains a climb speed of 20 feet on vertical surfaces, so does that mean they gain a +8 climb racial bonus on vertical surfaces? I would rule no.

I disagree Hendelbolaf. If you cast Spider Climb it would grant you a climb speed and the +8 bonus (although this is explicitly noted).
As for Wall Climber talent, you actually get a Climb Speed so you would get the +8 bonus, but only when climbing vertical surfaces, as that is the restriction for using the ability.

And an unencumbered human rogue with spider climb and rope master talent could (with a +8 and -5) move at 60 (twice normal land speed) on a rope. That seems unintended.
I am now imagining a thief running on the ground having previously used a robe of infinite twine to lay out an escape route.
edit: Hmm, only on a climb check, so instead wind the ropes through the roofs of the city or tree tops of the forest.

I think it's a misreading.
