male 1/4 Elf Lorekeeper???

Nah, I am more of an uhhh...shiny big knife guy. It wasn't the worst I have done to myself in the kitchen (and I am not talking about that butternut-pumpkin and avocado soup either...). Just some skin missing and two deep cuts into the flesh (why two you ask? - Because the dill weed was still fighting back...). ;-)

Slicers and cheese graters can leave one with a ruined dinner and shredded knuckles, lol.

It's a sad day for Germany.

Weak minded regional legislators have chosen to repeal a most magnificent hangman word - Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz, which relates to the 'law for the delegation of monitoring beef labelling'.

As I put hand to heart and lament... I recall the time when at age 13 I put pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis on the board at primary school for Hangman.

It is a blatant attack on intelligence!

My god. The german language seems designed for hardcore full contact crossword puzzles.

The German's goal is to save on over using the space bar.

To be fair - I googled for the longest words in Germany, and eight of the ten words shown are laws or govermental sub-departments. The remainder are obscure scientific terms. People don't use words like that in conversation (and sadly, quite a few probably couldn't)

Pah, I use such words every time I can...actually I start all of my lessons with such words...embedded in a greeting formula, so nobody will notice harhar!

Sure, but you are a spawn of the unknown depths beneath the abyss, so nothing else is expected ;-)

aren't most of the long German words just strung-together shorter words?

Ohhhh old harry's really pushin it with the paladin. The only real question is how he managed to go this long without doing it?

lol - I knew it from the beginning!

If I were to make a character based on Prince Harry, what class would he be? I was thinking Cavalier seeing how he is such a party-boy,lol.

Well he does seem keen on riding fillies... boom tish.

Cav is the party boy class for sure.

Who would want that anyway?

Meh I just threw down a pile on a ton of dungeon terrain. Figured it would go well with my reapers.

My gaming budget fast burning out :P

Aye - this'n looks like it could get exceedingly expensive if you were after everything in it... I think that's already at upwards of $350 (before shipping) and climbing if you're after all of the expansions.

I'll just flag it and see where she ends up in a few weeks methinks.

Quiet around here.

Shhh... you'll disturb the serenity!

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

Oh sweet serenity

Aussie style

VC - Sydney, Australia

Sure has been quiet :)

Tropes would indicate that things are inevitably about to get hectic...

RL kees interfering with my pbp, it is getting quite annoying. Should have a little more time in another week I think.

Is it later already? Is it? Is it?

Be careful. The witch hunters may soon be knocking on the door and invite you to one of their splendid interviews.

Well it looks PT is calling and then a day of mandatory fun followed by standing in the sun as part of a rent a crowd for an award ceremony linked to the 238th birthday of the US Army. They didn't show any of this in the videos, lol. Good thing I looked up the job codes on Youtube to see the behind the scenes.

VC - Sydney, Australia

Funny, all I recall seeing of PT on the ads were the guys having the odd relaxed game of football (rugby) and running around on pleasant and sunny days. Balderdash the lot of it. I've had exactly one game of rugby, and even that was in the freezing rain.

It's a little more fun now though.

What they really need show is how you will become excellent janitors capable of putting a beautiful shine of a pile of crap by the time your service is through, lol.

Happy Father's Day to much of the world (except you Aussies :P)

Hope that wishes are extended both up and down the paternal lineage. I'll be celebrating with bacon and egg muffin breakfast, scallop and codfish biriyani lunch and pizza for tea.... Mmmmm, calories...

Male Pale Master

Indeed Happy Father's day to all of you dad's out there.

Mark - are you talking about these Bacon wrapped eggs/muffins?

I've made these about every other weekend since I saw this video. They are simply delicious.

Stiehl - not quite, though I am aware of them. I'm traditional, English muffin base, fried back bacon, fried egg and a splash of bbq sauce.

VC - Sydney, Australia

Happy fathers day to Non-strayans!

Male Gnome Sorcerer/9 - (HP: 49/49 - AC20;FF17;T18 - F+5;R+6;W+7 - Init+9 - Per+11)

Do people from the Land Down Under not have fathers?

Nope, they just schedule fathers day for the start of the footy finals :p

Male Gnome Sorcerer/9 - (HP: 49/49 - AC20;FF17;T18 - F+5;R+6;W+7 - Init+9 - Per+11)

Footy? Is that Aussie football? I assume the A-League is too small and it does not sound like the right term for rugby.

I went to watch the finals of the Aussie Football one year (on TV in the US, but that was the best I can claim), what a great game. Lets take a cricket pitch, stick four poles at either end, give a whole horde of guys no armor, and then let then beat the heck out of each other while trying to get what looks like a rugby ball through the poles.

VC - Sydney, Australia

Rugby Union - A thugs game played by gentlemen.
Rugby League - A gentlemans game played by thugs.

I played quite a bit of both codes - great days, great days.
