Quiddling is now finished (except for the campain trait is not included in the stat block) and updated with a short description as well.

Edit: I have scratch the "campain trait is not in the stat block"-bit. It's is now in there.

With teacher's pet [nature] my Knowledge (Nature) is now +8 (Int (2) + 1 skill rank + Class skill bonus (3) + trait bonus (2)), that's correct right?


Looks correct to me.

All we need now is for Stannislav to pick an avatar and Joana to finish up her conjuror.

So I would like to get a vote from the team on 1 of my first level spells since I can't decide.
Would you rather I take Bless for offense or shield of faith for defense? Both are useful.
The most votes gets the spell...


Gosh darn it, I started her in HeroLab last night and thought I'd saved the file but apparently I didn't. *grumble grumble* Now I have to go remember what I did.


All right, stats are up. I have to write up her backstory. AK, is the Ustalav Arcanamirium canon, or did you just make it up? I'm looking for a likely place for her to be scholaring at. Without putting much effort into it, I couldn't find any references to specific universities or the like.

Ah, okay. I was just looking for some kind of school or research facility for her to be associated with, backstory-wise, to explain where she was coming from to go to the funeral.

I'll vote for bless just because it's a burst that can affect a bunch of us, rather than a single target.


@Everyone I need everyone to roll a 1d6 and a 1d9 for their first Harrow card. The nature and purpose of these cards is explained on page 13 of the Carrion Crown Player's Guide. I know I said I would post them, but that is because I was thinking the rules were printed in the AP instead of the Player's Guide.

Please list the card you receive (Ability/Alignment) in your equipment for easy reference. (Even though it isn't actually a physical object)

Joana, the arcanamirium is in the faction guide book and was one of Tanners original faction suggestions. I believe they would have a presence in Ustalav,its always been known for great wizards.

Harrow Rolls:

to gain an additional standard or move action this turn.

1d9 ⇒ 2
Neutral Good: You channel positive energy

The same cast is in Legacy of Fire, too. We're in a bit of a hiatus right now, but hopefully our DM will be back in his normal place in the world in a few days and get us going again. :)

Tanner, what are your thoughts on Linguistics? I was considering putting a skill point in it and learning Necril, the language out of the Inner Sea World Guide used by the Whispering Way, on the grounds that it might come in handy, but it seems really weird to just put a skill point in it and *pop* suddenly know a language out of the blue. I was thinking she might find a book on Necril in the Professor's library and could "study" it for a while and maybe achieve fluency by the time we hit 3rd level.


That makes sense. As long as Corinne spends... 2 hours a day for the rest of your month-long stay in Ravengro studying, she can pick up Necril without difficulty. Or something reasonably close to that amount of time.

Its really annoying but I discovered today that the paizo server is not letting me log into my account or post from my blackberry. So I can't see my dots nor post unless I'm doing it from the computer. If this continues it means while I'm travelling (like I am in this week) I won't be able to post except in the morning and the evening.

Tanner, I will be on vacation all next week at the Grand Canyon from Sat-Sat. My posting will be sporadic, as I will probably only post from my phone, which is not good at that type of thing...and possibly be out of cell range for a day or two.
Don't let me hold anything up in case we get into anything major.


Just wanted to say that if people thought Stannis' charge into the room was reckless then yeah I'd agree. Marcus, my character in Alex's SS game, with the same wisdom would have stayed where he was by the door and readied.

Basically I see Stannis as having very little tactical sense. Hes a peasant who suddenly can fight really well without attaining the discipline of years of training. Hell have a tendenancy to get in over his head and pull the rest of the party after him.

He'll learn and presumably improve over time but none too quickly as hes pretty thick. He'll take direction though especially as he gets to know the other characters.
