Quinn pulls out a stone from one of his pouches. With a word he touches the stone and it shines wit more eldritch light. Quinn steps up and slings it at the darkened doorway in the SW wall. As the lit up stone flyies into the room a pair of webs come flying down at the glowing pebble, Yet nothing further moves. It is fairly obvious that something or someone is in the next room nd racted to the stone apparently it was only temporarily interested in the stone.

Quinn seeing the spiders decides to bolster everyone with a tale(inspire courage.+1 to attacks & damage, saves charm and fear.) Quinn draws his rapier stepping forward (G,4). In a baritone surprising for the small halfling he bellows It was the fourth of Desnus when the company of the Golden Flame stepped into the Ruins of Kar Karath not far from High Watch. They entered brave and daring largely untested, not knowing the heroes they were to become. Not knowing the trials they would pass, nor the foes they would defeat. Only that they were on the trail of glory and they would not be swayed from the path.
