Isn't it somebody's birthday today? But whose?

Liberty's Edge

Happy Birthday, Aberzombie! Sounds like some great birthday presents to me. Have fun with the rest of your day.

Just stopping in real quick before I have to run.

I will catch up later tonight.

Medical Alert : The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim

Very important information has just been made public that I think is something you should all be aware of: Gonorrhea Lectim. The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of this old disease.

The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim. It's pronounced "Gonna re-elect 'em."

The disease is contracted through dangerous and high-risk behavior involving putting your cranium up your rectum. Many victims contracted it in 2008 ..... but now most people, after having been infected for the past 1-2 years, are starting to realize how destructive this sickness is.

It's sad because it is so easily cured with a new procedure just coming on the market called Vo-tem-out! You take the first dose/step in 2010 and the second dosage in 2012, and simply don't engage in such behavior again, otherwise it could become permanent and eventually wipe out all life as we know it.

Several states are already on top of this like Virginia and New Jersey , and now Massachusetts , with many more seeing the writing on the wall.

Sorry Solnes, this was too funny to pass up. ;)

HA HA HA!! I love it!

On a happier note: Went to Lowes and bought the new range hood. I also picked up a 3 piece adjustable wrench set for $20. Then, just for s~**s and giggles, I walked over to best Buy and purchased Event Horizen and Dracula on Blu Ray.

Booyah for self-purchased birthday presents!

Which Dracula is on BluRay? Or, as my wife likes to call it, BruRay.

For the birthday zombie:

Zombie Comic

RPG Superstar 2012

I was thinking about picking up the first issue.

If AZ was a consultant it'd be totally awesome!

Oooo, I just got the Races of Obsidian Twilight book for only a $1. They also had the Race Creation Cookbook book for $1, but I'd already gotten that thanks to Misteh Badgah. :)

First one? Good!

Second one? Ehhhhhhh...... not for beginners.

Not sure I'll use the first, but for $1 it was worth it to see the mechanics on some of the more unusual races.

The second one didn't seem that complicated, but then I'm used to 4th ed. Shadowrun's BP build and Karma advancement of PCs on a full 8.5x11 of paper (before gear & cyber/bio/nanoware). Yeah, it's probably not for a beginner. But $1 is pretty cheap for a peek.

It turns out my fear about blowing the phone interview were well-founded. I won't be going any further in the interview process. It's OK, Seattle was gonna be a tough sell anyway.

Ugh, that's too bad Taig. :(

Sorry, Taig. At least one good thing came out of it: Too Bad Taig has got to be one of the best new alias names I've seen in a while...

It's the one with Gary Oldman and Sir Anthony Hopkins. Not the best, but pretty damn good. And for $10, I couldn't pass it up.

Yeah, I've been seeing previews of this in the DC titles I regularly buy. It's cool. The world can always use a bit of positive zombie story to counteract all the negative coming out of Hollywood. The prejudice those movie folk have, I tell ya.....

I've gotta mow my grass. Been a week since I did it.

You need some zombie goats. They can graze 24 hrs a day.

Scarab Sages

Good idea.

Well, I did eat the check-in clerk's brain at a Holiday Inn last night.

I was searching armor images on the net...

Went food shopping today. Just got done ordering my stuff from Amazon.ca & Amazon.com.

Got this from my brother and his fiance:

My niece as Leia

Thanks everyone. I got a call a little while ago regarding another phone interview Friday morning. This one's for a job in Charlotte, so that's closer to home.

That's cool! And less creepy than the "elf yourself" one.

There's an "elf yourself" site? Wow, just reading the words creeps me out....

Nope. Too Bad Taig is more of a black leather jacket, biker, Jack Daniels, George Thorogood kind of alias.

Christmas elves, not real ones. ;)

The Star Wars one is cool. Might have to make one up for my family. :)
