Rearranging the bookshelves. I must say, you have good taste in literature.

Mmmmm....

Must go home and study Chaos Theory some more...

All that and after Easter too. Ah. That's where my copy of Cooking Chicken: KFC Style went.

KFC = Kuomintang Flange Chariot.

Poor Chicken Slaad. Some say he was Midas-cursed, turning everything he touched into KFC Georgia Gold, and thus eternally condemning him to never be able to eat Popeye's again.

Liberty's Edge

I went to Popeye's once. All I did was order a green salad, and everyone in the place began cowering in fear and begging me to leave.

So I took some money out of their cash register and ate that, since it was green, and then left. They seemed relieved.

Aw, no one cowers in fear when I arrive.

Well, unless I start setting up my DJ equipment.

Does your DJ equipment include a feral cat on a turntable?

It should.

Mine includes a ziggurat of moist peat on Tom Selleck, although I must admit it's sometimes hard to tell one from the other.

If it doesn't, I recommend the Irish model!

DJing is a most sacred endeavor.

It is best completed with a turntable in units of about ten people, a wheelchair, and pharmaceuticals.

Are we still talking about Damp Jockeys?

passes through thread on the way to a family picnic

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Passes a family picnic

Wow, that was painful. Just shows what a whole packet of Senokot can do, eh?

That's a hell of a magic trick, Flute.

Do you know what would really tie me altogether, some bacon, or maybe some chicken.

Or rope.

Liberty's Edge

'Chicken rope' sounds like something that would sell.

Either that, or the byproduct of a really gross and embarrassing medical problem.

Or perhaps a euphemism for something involved in some kind of horrible crime...the Lawful Evil kind where nobody goes to jail.

Or a board game for preschoolers!

Or is it a game where people play Chicken while holding a rope?

It already is!

Well, it's nice to know that waddling around with a magnet attached to your arse is now legal, and even approved of.

Excuse me, but where have all the cowboys gone?

Their contract came due and Asmodeus himself collected them. They and Jerry Jones will now spend the remainder of eternity damned as the Miami Dolphins.

Paula Cole rounded them all up back in '96.

And I rounded off Paula Cole. Start with angle grinder, use a high-grade file for fine work, then finish off with emery paper. A lot of effort, but worth it, I think.

AUGH! Dirty, no good, hornswaggling varmint! Killed... jus... just like... Spuds MacKenzie... {twitches, dies}

Liberty's Edge

That was a dead lemure cream pie from a deadeye on the first try.

I tried that once. My subject started leaking fluids.

You need to let it rest after baking, any mechanic could tell you that.

There's a snake in my boot!
