Has anyone thought of making a Pathfinder-based character sheet with all the new rules included?
Perhaps someone who made one of the very handy ones for Rise of the Runelords? I would, but my Adobe Acrobat-fu is... well, non-existent. I have Acrobat Reader.
I've made one based on my earlier Pathfinder sheet. Problem is that I used art from Pathfinder rpg, and can't post it until I clear some copyright issues. I'm going to make my own background art when I get to my work computer, which has Photoshop... I hope I can post it by the end of the week.

Grrrr just notice animal/companion entry still has grapple...
Also, I believe I have to put something in there about Paizo's registered trademark. I don't know how to delete files off the wiki so I guess I'll put a request in over there.
I asked about this earlier, and received a reply where it states:
"We have talked and decided that we don't mind our customers using the Pathfinder logo for their character sheets as long as a) they place the following legal text on each page on the bottom "Pathfinder and the Pathfinder logo are trademarked and copyrighted by Paizo Publishing LLC and are used with permission." and b) that nobody using the Pathfinder logo or name sells those sheets for monetary gain. "Reckless |

Thanks. I went looking for that wording but couldn't find it.
So, the (hopefully) finally updated sheet is right here
Thanks everyone for the kind words

I have been working on an editable character sheet for the new PatherfinderRPG. It seems that Adobe Creative Suite comes with this neat program call Designer and you can make forms with it. Who knew? You can view, edit and prints forms in regular adobe reader but for some reason they will not let you save them. Does anyone know how you make them savable to your own hard drive without having to send via email?
Any help would be appreciated.

If you want to do this using just Adobe Reader, you'd have to turn on the "local save" feature of the PDF form using dobe LiveCycle Reader® Extensions ES. OR alternately use Acrobat 8 Pro to create the PDF. I don't think this is cheap...
And then there's the route of exporting the form data in an FDF file (I think that's the email option you mention) then reapplying the form data later.
You can also go with something like CutePDF Form Filler to edit the form directly or the FoxIt PDF software to edit or export an FDF.
It's been a while since I played around with these, but this is what I recall from my last foray into PDF character sheet land (I prefer XLS-based sheets for greater customizability).

Nice work, all. Salama - that is the most attractive character sheet I've seen for a long time.
very good. check out the iron heroes character sheet at mad irisman.net
i like the page with the background notes and stuff. i think all rpg character sheets should have a nice amount of space for the likes.Reckless |
Loved the sheet but I found it difficult to print two-sided because of all the black space. It makes the sheet warp a little and you can see black splotches through the other side, even though I used thick, good-quality paper. Any way to make the black background light gray or something?

Nice looking sheet... but disguise is spelled wrong. Otherwise, great work.
Will this sheet be hard to modify if skills (such as FLY!) get taken out of play?
The Sheet is pretty easy for me to modify, because I edit it in Microsoft Word and "Print it to" a PDF file. The biggest issue will probably be spacing.
So, a lighter gray blocked sheet with the correct spelling of Disguise is Right Here!

The only problem I've noticed with this sheet and the other versions of it is that it says "Ability Name" instead of "Ability Score".
