I scanned through like 3 times, and there's no stats for Dagon's Aspect in the magazine at all. Was this an oversight or intentional?

Intentional.
The artical needed to have something cut in order to fit in the magazine. The aspect was what took the bullet. Wotc's got several sample demon lord aspects on their website as a web supplement for Fiendish Codex I, and Dagon's among them... the aspect in the article that got cut was a different aspect (one that was more humanoid and who could serve as a cult leader), but in the end, losing the aspect was better than losing anything else in the article, I think.
I figured. Must've been that obyrith sidebar that did it. Ok then, moving along. Guess I can use the one on the WE, almost forgot abou that one.
maybe that different aspect will become a web enhancement? :)
