Background:
Selina is 5’6” with a lithe figure with short black hair and green eyes. She has a threatening stare that is said to scare even the toughest of men.

Selina was born in Sandpoint 20 years ago, child to Nabil Aldaeth, a soldier turned merchant from Katapesh, and a local apprentice, Sela Sterglus, a devotee of Desna. Her maternal uncle is Turch Sterglus, the local fishmonger in town (rogue/expert). As a child, Selina was trained in martial weapons by her father and some magic by her mother. Selina picked up the magic quickly and learned a cantrip. When she spent time with her uncle, he taught her how to be silent and sneak in the shadows. Selina had a happy childhood. However, her life was turned upside down, when the most important person in the world to her, her father, was killed during the Late Unpleasantness, another victim of the serial killer the Chopper. Selina was devastated and her mother and uncle paid for her to leave Sandpoint and be trained in the academy in Restov in the arts of the dueling sword, given her lack of physical strength but speed and tenacity. Selina gladly left Sandpoint, to avoid the constant reminder of her father. She excelled in the dueling arts, but the lessons were expensive, and her family’s funds soon ran out. Selina resorted to theft and practiced her roguish skills to pay for her schooling.

Upon hearing Lady Aldori's call for heroes, she decided to tame the Stolen Lands to earn fame and wealth and promote the dueling arts.

Selina is a CG person, who understands duty and responsibility, but knows there are times when you must go outside of the law to achieve one’s objectives.
