Delve into ancient secrets below the City at the Center of the World in this deluxe campaign-arc adventure for Pathfinder Second Edition! Captured and enslaved by a duergar clan somewhere in the maze of tunnels below the city of Absalom, the heroes stage a bloody revolt and battle their way into the long-lost Sanctum of Aroden, a legendary religious refuge sealed away from the world with the god's death a century ago. But some secrets are best left buried forever, and investigation into the mysterious Dead God's Hand said to be hidden at the heart of the complex—and the shrouded figure whose desire for it trigged the heroes' captivity in the first place—uncovers machinations that could threaten all of Absalom with the birth of a terrible new divinity!
Based on Pathfinder Publisher Erik Mona's multi-year, multi-group office Pathfinder campaign, The Dead God's Hand takes new players and Game Masters on a deadly adventure filled with dungeon exploration, ancient mysteries, and phantasmagoric tests that see them reliving events from the life of Aroden, the dead god of humanity whose murder triggered the beginning of the current age! This 128-page hardcover adventure is designed for 1st-level characters, and serves as an excellent starting point to future adventures set in Absalom, the City at the Center of the World!
Ya know, I kinda feel odd about that thread I made asking why Aroden is never focused on in any adventuring content despite 1e setting book hyping up his importance (historically) :D

Maybe they started working on this module because of your question and we should all thank you :D.
What exactly is meant by "deluxe campaign-arc adventure?" I'm guessing it's the length and if so that explains the name change of the subscription line.
possibly pretty sure previously it has always been mysterious death whenever it's came up.
If you read the first couple of pages of the Aroden article they mentioned he was murdered there.
I'm pretty sure.
However, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't think it does, unless I skipped over it in my re-reading. The closest I can see is this bit, which to me reads more like his religion was slain:
"By the time devil worshipers finally quelled the fighting and took control of the empire [Cheliax], Aroden was well and truly slain, his clergy left powerless and confused."
Slain does imply a death not by natural causes, but it does not imply murdered (to me). Slain could be he died in a fight he went into.
Anyway: 128 page Adventure Hardcover? Neat!
I do hope the Adventure line swings in length though, some Adventures being short 32 pages, some 64 or 96, or long 128 pages like this one, whatever the adventure needs.
Awesome. I've been asking for an Erik Mona, dungeon-themed adventure for years. Yay! :)
Given the second AP is set around Absalom and this is coming out at a similar time, I'm crossing everything that we'll also see a complementary Lost Omens Campaign Book detailing Absalom early next year!
Sorry for the confusion, folks! Looks like this product was initially showing an incorrect price. The page has now been updated to show the correct price of $34.99.

Now I really, really hope that it'll be easy to convert from PF2 to PF1. *crosses fingers*
And that associated flip-map multi-pack ... I can only say "Wow!" at the product description, even though the final map description is definitely in spoiler territory.
Amazing news, I'm really excited by this! Finally -- A new module written by Erik, who is (IMO) one of the best adventure writers and map designers (along with Chris Perkins, Mike Shel, Willie Walsh and Jason Buhlman) in the business, and 'Whispering Cairn'is probably the best 1st-level adventure ever written, period! (Although 'Mad God's Key' by Jason is my favorite runner-up for the title)
Now, I hope this adventure will be followed by Jason's 'Oblivion Oath : Part 1' book, because that is another fantastic campaign and it'd be a HUGE shame if it was never published. :)

It's funny. We have been getting a lot of Aroden content recently. Tyrant's Grasp and Extinction Age are all about the repercussions of some of his less savoury actions, Tar-Baphon is now loose and Aroden was kind of his arch-nemesis, and now there's this.
A dungeon crawl by Erik Mona...
*shudder*
Sorry I just got flashbacks to the pile of character bodies that were left in "The Whispering Cairn" by Mr. Mona.
Seriously though, this looks really good!
