Settro leaves through the portal, having no intention of returning to help further.

Settro, against his better judgment, decides to stay, if only for a moment. He moves to the horrid creature, and casts by the blood to curse it.
touch attack: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (16) + 20 = 36
if it hits, DC 30 will save or be cursed with the war domain, reducing all damage the creature deals by 80%

Well... He'd still be burning alive.

And the hostage would probably die.

I mean, I can fix that last part, but still.

"You know what? If no once claims it... All the better. You both suck."
Settro turns into a large red dragon, snarling at this creature. He will move within melee range if possible.

"Really now? Fine. Whatever. It's not like I've been of any use anyway."
Settro will step back through the portal if possible, knowing using anything to save himself would just piss the angels off.

The assumption that I have any tact at all is hilarious.

"Tell me. What of those Sided with chaos and good, hmm? Is one more important to you then the other? And believing people can change, yet adhering to the edicts of pure law? Not to mention "demon filth" can survive this easily. I know, becuase I'm a demon lord. The only thing that irritates me here is the positive emotions, witch make me mildly I'll."
Settro seems to be revoring.
"And from what I know, you can thank a demon for that. This challenge has a demon leading angels, and an angel leading demons. Naturally, the angel is up-front with this troops, and they resent him. The demon, however, if Probobly just manipulating you effortlessly."
settro has quite the temper on him, and sees no harm in saying what he thinks.
"Of course, I bet you'll be more upset with me telling you this then if I had said nothing, dispite me telling you being the honest thing to do."

"I don't know much more. Someone... Being her. That's it, really. Save her butt, fix him up. That's all I'm doing here. Trust me, I want this to be over as soon as possible... This faster this is over, the Better."

"We're here to save someone who doesn't know enough to make proper choices."
Settro says, blunt and uncaring, clearly wanting this to be over as soon as possible.

"I'll be fine. I'm "ill" because I'm not used to this... Setting."

"I don't trust anyone here, or there, or... Ug..."
Settro quickly decides he doesn't wanna keep talking.

Settro shakes his head, and mumbles out-
"Too much joy. I feel sick."
settro's recovering to a degree, getting over the shock of the plane.

Settro incohently mumbles in response to Dave, and straightens up a bit. He waves his hand as to dismiss your worry, but aside from that, doesn't look much better.

setto gags, and shakes. Against the aura of good, his dark, abyssal aura is almost tangible. He seems rather sick, on the verge of throwing up. His tail is uselessly limp and his multi-jointed wings droop. Yet, at the same time, his aura of strange perfection returns, dispite the condition he's in.

Settro grumbles almost imperceptibly, and walks through the portal. The bloodstains on the back of his shirt remain, and his extra wings don't come back.

" I'll help them. If that helps you, then that's good for you."

"I'm only half-demon lord, thank you. I don't have a proper place."
Settro says, growing more bitter and impatient by the second.

"Honestly, I'm still surprised every day that they trust me."
Settro muses, and simply decides to step back and stay silent. If he's internet on speaking to jeran, let him. Even now, with his request towards Kevin, it isn't worth even fighting anymore for his thoughts. He grows fidgety, flicking his tail quickly, trying to remember why he agreed to this in the first place. It certainly is inconvenient.

"That isn't what I said..."
Settro mutters, rather bitter.

" if you can't tell us what the plan here is, there isn't much I'll do to help. If your plan is indeed in the best interest of those present, why would we even want to reclaim this student? You being vague doesn't help. It just makes us helpful, for we must assume the worst... But considering who you've been consorting with, I'm not sure we can trust your words at all."

Hope this doesn't last too long.

Jeran's eyes seem to almost glow and a deep rumbling growl comes from his throat when Dave extends his sword arm. He seems to be having some difficulty suppressing his more canine features in response to this unnatural place.

"Keep it together. This isn't why we're here," he growled. "Stay on mission. And don't trust anything about this place or these....people."

Settro looks at the card.

"You... Are aware I can't actually open gates, right?"

"Oh, and as for the modifications, I'm the transmutation teacher. You name it, and I can Probobly make you into it, either through elixirs or polymorph magic."

"It won't have it's extra effects, but it's still a very powerful weapon. If I have a choice in the matter, I'll be spilling as little blood as possible anyway."

Eh. I could be a girl too. Doesn't matter to me.

"I can make sure the caverns don't close in on you, and keep the chaos of the abyss at bay. If any of you want some modifications, I can do that too."
Settro does take an acid resist amulet! but doesn't bother with fire.
"I'm also a decent archer."
the school's illusion he keeps over his dark bow vanishes, revealing the horribly evil dark bow.

"Not much. Mostly because I can, to some degree, control the abyss's layout. Much more limited then that of a true god, but t should keep you safe. Even then, however, acid and fire protection are rather vital... And, of course, magical protection from evil creatures is a great thing to have."
Settro is stiff and tense, his tail only twitching occasionally, in a short jolt of movement.

Heh. I can tell easily how awkward he feels.
Mostly becuase I'm eating it right now...

Though, I also don't really care...

"I'm tempted to agree with him... There's so many problems here I want to work on too, and apparently it need to be in class..."

"I'd rather not deal with clestials, if that's an option."

"Well, I had started the class, and there was an enmegency. There are wards for a reason, and any attempt at violence by a student is usually cut short, or so I thought. Not to mention that if I can behave, a 16 year old demon lord they should be able to as well. I've got a lot to learn about teaching, it seems, but I also have other work to do. If problems woudl wrap themselves up before another shows, that woudl be great, but that isn't the case, and this one takes priority."

"I think he'd be aware of that. You Know, becuase I just appeared right here."

Jacob nods in consent. "I concur, Missus del Sol. Also, Master Demon, I would suggest you leave now. Whatever is living inside of me... seems to be excited by your presence." The rune on Jacob's head is clearly visible now, and Jacob is also very pale and sweating profusely. "Since I'm in no actual danger, the demon cannot come out, but... your presence is causing me some distress."

Yeah, things are kind of moving quickly. I don't want this to be solved immediately. I want Jacob to spend his week drinking coffee by the gallon and moonlighting in the library and SIM rooms. INT 24, remember?

And whatever spoke through Jacob doesn't really share his opinion, seeing as it wants the thing gone as it is living with a rather... unpleasant roommate.

"Understandable. I mean, I am a demon lord, after all."

"Hold on a minute!" Fieri yelled, interrupting the excited flow of conversation between Jacob and Settro for the second time. "Before we go attempting any exorcisms, how exactly are you planning to draw out this demon? If it's bound itself to Jacob's soul, won't harming the demon harm him too? Do you have a plan for how to break the connection between Jacob and the demon? I'm not okaying this if it isn't safe. We can stop and research things first. I can set the wards to send Jacob to detention if they detect a rise in demonic energy centered on him, so he won't even have the chance to hurt anyone."

"Kim, will you please sit down? We have this under control. Jacob isn't a threat. And you're going to have to get used to extra planar creatures here. And no jumping to conclusions based on how they look. Nobody here is exactly what they appear, including you judging by that glow. So, please, just calm down."

"You can do that? If that's the case, great. I was just looking for a quick, temporary answer. I'll try and help more later, but there's a more pressing matter that needs more then just a quick fix. Do you need anything more from me?"

yes. I haven't done anything yet, aside from talk.

"How about we get it out, and is turn it into a toad. For now, anyway."

"Alright, i've got an idea. I can Probobly incompasitate the thing if I can get it to come out... So, I can take him somewhere safe, get the thing to come out, deal with it there, bring him back, and get on to a more pressing issue."

"I don't think he'll be too bad off- any damage done isn't likely to get worse so quickly. As for attacking others, possibly. I don't think it's too potent, at least by the standards set here. Likely easy to restrain. I'd try and help, but I'm already needs elsewhere, to help some others go into the abyss after a kidnapped child."

"No, no, relax. I'm not here to hurt you..."
he sighs
"In a perfect world, I'd have time to wrap up one emergency before another turned up. As it stands, it's under control right now, and you're in the middle of class... I'm not sure the teacher wants me here any longer then I have to be..."
Settro is quite clearly trying to think, his movements dulled and attention to the situation seemingly distant.

Settro is silent a moment, before turning to whomever the resident teacher is.
"Are you aware of a demon within a student in the classroom?"
his tail twitches back and forth rather quickly! and he seems rather tense.

"And /there's/ something I /can't/ ignore."
Settro teleports off to the source of the "scent", his six wings spread wide, and looks around.

Though, that actually does sound like something I would have partaken in.
So, points for that.
