First of all, I would like to say that Season Five of the revamped series of Doctor Who is like... [b]LIQUID JOY INTO MY BRAIN!!!![/bigger]
Ermahgherd. First of all, Matt Smith as the doctor is brilliant. Although I love David Tennant, he was a bit too... pretty-boy-ish to come across as a great doctor. (No offense, Tenth fans!) Matt Smith has a lot of goofy features. These are amplified by all of his personality quirks, such as his obsession with fezzes and bow ties. And then, there's Steven Moffat.
Nothing I can say can express the brilliance of the man. He's just fantastic-all that I can really say about him.
And then, well, the Ponds. They're very real people, and extremely likable. They are great companions. I am also VERY happy that River Song is getting some more appearances-in the main arcs, too!
So, yes, I am very happy with the Cracks in the Universe arc.
And now, onto relevant matters....
This time skip we're talking about, how long is it?

XD
Oddly enough, I had a dream about the Eleventh Doctor meeting himself in another timeline who had long hair and was ginger. They had a rather big argument about it.
Not and Avalon dream yet, but... With every step, right?
Oh! Actually, I did have an Avalon dream. Not relevant to Jacob, but, I saw Mel and Vai sitting on top of an old van skimmer and eating ice cream, looking like they were about to go on a road trip of some sort.
And, oh, just realized that Settro should no about something....

Why is it I'm needed everywhere at once, but never only one place at once?
*groan*

Though, that actually does sound like something I would have partaken in.
So, points for that.
Post coming later. Have class in a few minutes, and can't post during this one.

Weren't you just complaining about how none of your characters had anything to do, or did I hallucinate that
Yes, settro's was kinda in a holding pattern because he's waiting for permission to teleport away again. This certainty takes priority, however- he's not going to wait for permission to deal with this.
This is more his complaint, and not mine, though- more things to do is good for me.
I'm totally out of time now, so see you in about an hour and a half.

I had a hilarious thought while I was reading about a magic item... It was the arrow version of.. You carve a name into it and it will kill them...
the thought went along the lines of... This is like mail with your name on it... Delivery by bow...
then... Too bad renkai is dead... He would've loved these... Then I had the mail thought again... And I was like... He is so angry and homicidal all the time he would just write "To Whom It May Concern..." on the side...
xD I have problems...

Settro just appeared becuase doom kitten's PC is infected with some demon thing.
That's about the context I have.
Kim: this is literally it. You haven't missed anything else. Settro teleported into Kim's classroom and said there was a demon, and Jacob said it was probably him.
People present include Kim, Jacob, Vriska, Pyra, Dara, and possibly Phaedra and Ignace.Relevant posts start here: http://paizo.com/campaigns/TheAvalonChronicles/gameplay&page=1394#69664

Indeed... But is there only one elementary class?
The whole field trip thing has confused me there.
There are two elementary classes, soon to be three. However the elementary PCs that are not Ryo's kids are all in one class. Half of that class is on the field trip and half is still at school where Fieri is subbing for their class since Ephebe is the field trip chaperone.

Nice summary of the situation. Phaedra and Ignace are there as are Vis and Chara and Gareth.

Is the history of the Empire/dragons/etc more or less as is in Dragonstar for this game?
In other words, could I read up on the history of all that stuff in the DS books, or are there too many differences in our version?
We've added a lot of home brew stuff. I would say the books at this point would constitute the sanitized official version according to the Empire. So like maybe half the story.

Would anyone mind if I put some Kevin in the headmaster's office convo?
He'd be going because there's no teacher and no sub, but could overhear the convo, to which he has some pertinent information.

Go right ahead. Saves trouble tracking down that info later. :)

Ego mostly
Secondly it's his specialty and he's rather good at anti-demon magics
Thirdly he would have woven his wards through the original wards so it wouldn't be worse

May I pick your brains?
I need a name for an undead, but it is a neutral undead that is recently risen from the grave... He has no past memories but he needs a name... I can't think of a good one
I don't want anything grotesque, like throatripper or gutslurper
but something kinda squick, as long as it is something resembling an actual name wouldn't be immediately dismissed

Hmmmm...
If Mel does this, she may have to regenerate-see the Parting of the Ways. After the Ninth absorbed the energy of the Time Vortex from Rose-which I believe what Artron energy is-he was forced to regenerate and expel the energy from his body, ensuring his survival.
This may add yet another clue for Ephebe, while everybody else-including Mel, as her Timelord-y-ness is stuck inside her fob, instead of her mind-is going "WTH?!"
Just my two pence.

Krays - a wee correction for your last post, sir:
Vai died from a single puncture wound to the base of her skull, right at the brain stem. It was almost instant and painless, for what that's worth."
Unless his statement was intentional, of course. If so, then please ignore me (=^-^=)

Fixed, and thank you!
