Rats just spotted I had the level wrong, OK will change race but the basic idea is the same. She is trying to show her mother she can be evil just like her but for the fact her heart is just not in it. I may use Race builder if thats ok GM, just to get her right as the wee fey with plans to take over the world. In fact that may work out a load better for Balance as Pixie is a bit over powered. I can drop some stuff and give her the feel I want. O and she tries to use nonlethal attacks, as you know hurting others is a bit mean.

See she has a soft spot and kind of hates the sight of blood and the whole violence thing kind of upsets her. You know, but don't you worry one day she will rule the world, howowowhahahahh. I'm basing her on Brain form Pinky and the brain cartoon show. "What are we going to do Brain" "Same as we do every day, try to take over the world" Even working on a her Psicyral being her stupid sidekick, by having it in a tinny 'Teddy' soul stone doll.

Just working over the details. Got a really nice idea for a Female PC, whos I think would be good with play off comedy wise to the other players and NPCs But I have to ask GM what is your feelings on 'lustful' PCs? nothing to Graphic just kind of always looking for some, you know what.
Your doing great GM, with this level of game Player will help, and catch stuff. Our PC sheets are so complex non of us know it all. Sundakan picked on on hast for me. Which I had wrong. Cool thing is we will learn a load from this. We are all taking it slow as well. testing what we can do. So all good.
You can go a number of ways A: Big bad + Army of Mooks
B: Big bad + Pets
A+B: Big bad + Army Commanders + Mooks
Mega Challenge, long fight. C: Big bad + Spawning Badness
C is a great way to test a group of PCs, with wave after wave of bad ness until you are just about done. Then Sick the big bad on them.

Guys if your going to port in for this fight now is the time. Why I changed my Cohort, I looked over Sal and found her lacking in combat power. one Anti-magic / Psonic field and she has nothing. where as with this cohort she can go into one and still be affetive for the party. I wanted something out of the box, not just a dragon or something critter ish, she dos not have that feeling. I wanted something that would work in an anit magic area well. I know I was going to drop tech and I did for her, but her cohort I felt would be cool being a mad old Robot like thing. Something she keeps out of the way to used when there is some hand to hand to be had when you cant blast with powers. Just gives her more range.
With a fuller make rules outline in posted, I think i'm going to change my Idea a little, think it will be an Incarnate body snatcher, taking over bodys and Throllmind [Hurdmind] controlling them. It would have no true self, just a hive mind and linked pionicly possessed body's. It will have hidden personality seeds ready to spring into life. Lind of like a Psionic Virus. Again the idea of a baddy of a 1000'ed faces. As a baddy for a party to fight, the they can take out the infected hosts over and over, They could be anyone, coming to light at any time.
With Psionics in the Mix I have to do it, Mega Psion Incarnate / Monk / Dredd coming, Can change shape at will, and do a load of other things that will be fun for the players to find out about. villain of a 1000s faces type. I am thinking of giving it a weakness or a tell, something that can drop breadcrumbs for players to find. Also I wanted her/him to have a good logical reason why they are doing bad things. To them is they are doing bad for the greater good, no matter how twisted that view of the greater good may be. Also to maker my villain playable I am going to stream line some things down, last thing a GM needs is walls of text, I would say if its states what a villain can do and how often then you have a working villain outline you can use. hehe. All started work, should be a load of fun.
Not being funny Red Velvet Tiger But you seem to have a lot of GM alts and stalled games on your Profile. Could you say how this game will not go the same way?
Your take up to the top of the high temple, its a massive pyramid with a flat top. From it you can see the whole city. There are fires you can see the streets teaming. As you walk around you can see an area where there must have been sound magic, to proclamations and call to prayer could be made. Then you spot something high up flying very high and fast

You know this to be wrong there was a few just a few undead in the city. 3 or for, they where disclosed and working to push the trubels. There was also something odd about one that came close. It have off psionic not a magic but a aura. They all node at this, you can see the worry on their faces, this is doomsday, the end of the world and they are doing there best. Vampire Syble, Kn roll you pick DC40: its an odd one, they are nor normal Magic Vampires but are linked to mind flyers and the over mind. Life sucking Thrall minds.
I am sorry to see this die, I know I was asked not to apply and I am fine with that. But I can see all the work other players placed into this building some amazing PC. I was hoping to look on and see what had the makings of a great game. Lets hope you guys still in the running get your game and GM :)

Jamaardi: This city has undead groups who help run it, they have interest the highest being vampire clans, there seems to be no representatives or vampires let alone undead to be seen. The Patriarch stops "Grand council meeting" He points at 13 "You come with our visitors." About 18 nobles and wise men, follow into a great closed room, there are no windows and the doors are locked behind the group. The 18 nobles and wise men take seats at a great table, the Patriarch at the head. more then a few seats are empty.
The Patriarch looks down the table, "Now we can talk, your words are wise visitors I am sorry, the loss... the loss of magics and the gods has place my rule under stress. We will have your names and from whence you came. You say you wish to aid us, then tell us, who do you represent and what can you offer in the way of aid, because right now I will take any suggestions."
A priest come and stand by the Pharonic Lord. "My lord you have always trusted the Priesthood and we always knew the will of the gods, No our world has fallen around us and out gods locked away. Even the great undead have fallen to dust." She points to a vampire symbol where no ones stands. "From shaman to mage no magic will work, but if that the high mage says is true they we should ask these visitors, why they are here and what they know, before we go on." He waves his hand and a group of monks come forwould to stand behind him "Even by force"
" Magi steps up, my lord these men are not men of magic but mind mages, they use a craft called Psioincs, the powers of the mind, I arch Mage Zirosna of the 25th level swear this. I have seen its like" He holds up a book. "It is odd that while magic is lost here they show up, saying the gods as well are lost, I recommend you put them to the rack and find out just what they know of the loss of magic!! This could be a move by our Enermys"
There is shocked looks, talking and point some of the looks are not kind. The patriarch comes and places his hands shoulders and Grins "Who are you, powerful mage, how come you have magic when others have none. My so call wise men know nothing, all magic gone all gods lost, my city in chaos" He lets go and looks around at the prists. One comes over, "Can you talk to the gods" He asked
You all get on with mounts, the Guards shove a load of passages over the sides of the ships to make room then order the Captain to the "Great Temple" looking worried he sets off that way. Soon you moving deep into the city, you can see the turmoil, soon you come to a large temple around which is a gathering, then army troops 13 calls out to the troops who make way to a small dock, the baot docks and soon you find yourself inside the temple. There is a court in place Priests and other clerical types are trying to cast spells. Mages stand around tables all seeking to wave magic. There in the center of this is the Ruler of the city the pharaohon patriarch. A Priest is talking to him. 13 comes and bows deep before him. "Great patriarch I have outsiders her who can do magic sire." The patriarch stops and a hush comes to the room, every one stops an looks at your group. The patriarch says "Its what this Guard says true can you do magic when no other can?"
That is a really good idea, Yep silly idea, just had a raw look and its nuts, myself I am now of the opinion that godling should be banded,
Dream is still available as I couldn't get a concept that I really liked. So have at it! Cool I'll go with fallen of dream then. First, his undoing. As mentioned by others, arranging for Balthamel to be "put to rest" would be an enormous undertaking. He would need (a) his angelic body returned to him, (b) his beloved to be resurrected, (c) his beloved's husband not be resurrected, (d) his beloved fall in love with him, and (e) returned to his former station in heaven. Balthamel desperately wants these things, but it is impossible for him to have them. Even with epic-level magic, this is one egg that cannot be unscrambled. Not at all, if someone was to go back in time and change events, it would be possible. I GM ok for one of the Cronomical angels in full power, to do so would put him to rest.
So I am withdrawing Cronossus, on the grounds Time mucking about is a 100% game barker. As Dream is now gone, Ill come up with some other idea.
