If he saves he isn't held in place but still takes the effects of the tanglefoot bag: reducing the attack by 2, dex by 4, and movement speed by half. Not sure what dex an alligator would have....
LOL. Never mind. Just read the game thread.

Gotcha!

FYI: From 6/10-6/28 I will be traveling. I will have my computer with me but my consistency will be hit or miss. Please bot me as needed.

Yes, you are still in rounds. I was going to have Lamm gloat like some corny supervillain.
Sounds good. Just role my action over to the next round.

Thoric Stiffbeard |

I am here. I've acted too soon. Holding my action until it is the next round.

Arcanist Daranil Aldaris |

You rolled a d one Thousand, not a d one hundred.
And I still managed to roll a 19. I'm just gonna call that roll a failure since it was clearly never meant to be.

Bridgette Olivia Noya Yakov |

Lem is blind in the darkness and Bridgette ran after Lam, so she's not next to him, and only those with Darkvision can see in the room at all.
Which means; BONY, Azig and Thoric are the only party members that can act freely in the room at the moment.
A light spell can counter the darkness, thought right now that Darkness has Lamm helpless as it does his helpers.
Since Darkness is a trump card of BONY's it might be good to at least plan on taking the Blind-Fight feat, as it'll negate some of the drawbacks that playing this card does in a fight, including allowing full movement without the acrobatics check.

@GM
Is Lamm helpless enough for a Coup de Grace?

Hey all! I am back from my three weeks of trips. I need to catch up on things around the house, get caught up on postings, but then I'll be right back into the thick of things. Thank you for your understanding of me being gone.

Karinna Fordyce |

I've been struggling with the format of this game, honestly. I think it's a bit too loose for me-- no slams against the GM or the players, but I really prefer my Pathfinder games to have more structure and follow the rules more closely. I've been hesitant to pull the trigger on that feeling, but maybe now is the time. Thanks for letting me play with you for a short while, everyone, and happy gaming!

Arcanist Daranil Aldaris |

I'd like to second that notion. (Not that I'm leaving, I'm having too much fun hamming it up as Daranil.) But with GM responses to every post and no big initiative or status tracker to cleanly establish a post order, or minis on a board to observe, I've been finding it difficult to stay focused and post consistently.

The GM is Likely using US vs THEM initative,
which is something that is VERY GOOD for PBP games and I Support it,
as we DO NOT get stuck waiting for a player to reply in their TURN.
As for Maps, They are something I'd like as well,
BUT having GMed on the boards and GIVEN the number of games the GM is running, setting up maps and getting them interactive is a Pain in the A$$ that takes a LOT of time. So I can understand Why they are no fancy interactive maps or Map updates.

Azig Bohrs |

I agree with Bridgette. Maps are nice, but these battles weren't very complicated. Azig is a really weak fighter and is built mainly to aid another in a fight. But, using the theater of the mind I can just say that he tries to position himself by whoever he is trying to aid. If that is possible and I get my aid another roll the GM can add the +3 to hit to that person.
I'm liking the pace of this game. So many others are dragging and dying!
Now can we kill those flunkies and search this place for spoils!?!

Yes, I'm using You vs. Them initiative.
It's to keep the game running and in a good way. That way, we don't slow the game down waiting for someone to post.

I know I have been away, glad to see things kept rolling. I am back now but do have a couple more trips. These will allow for daily post.
I don't want to overstep, but I can set up a Google Slides if you'd like (EltonJ). I use them for my Hangman's Noose PBP. It wouldn't take much time to do.

You can.

Sounds good, I will get on that and have it ready by tonight.

Sorry I am later than I said. HERE is the link for the map. I am not sure exactly where we are on this map but everyone should be able to move pieces. You can technically move them all, but lets just move our own and let the GM do the rest.
As we get new maps, GM, shoot them to me and I can put them in as a slide theme so they won't move. I can also help with dropping in NPCs and monsters as needed. I can separate Player and PC knowledge.
I will keep the link to our maps in all of my postings.
