Khalid Vasari
Gundar will ask his companions, Do ye want me ta stabalize any of them dying girls fer questioning or let 'em die?
"I don't think we have time for that Gundar. This tower girl clearly thought that reinforcements were within shouting range."
Grymp
As the group stands about chit-chatting, the door to the room flies open, and the figure revealed there, obviously another wererat, in hybrid form, to Gundar's eyes, stabs at his flatfooted self...
Shortsword: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
...and misses.
Beyond, Gundar can see two more of the donkey rats inside the room.
Gundar can take an AOO against one of the rats as it moves into position to attack him. Ghaernan can also loose his readied spell against the rats.

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
He is so surprised by the sudden appearance, his swing goes wide!
Ghaernan Barova
Ghaernan maintains his readied action, recognizing that the unexpected advance surge of donkey rats do not actually trigger his spell...although the emergence of a horrid wererat, as Gundar warns, certainly will...
Grymp
Gundar's swing goes wild, and the two rats attack him...

Khalid lunges forward, sweeping his horsechopper low in an attempt to hook the wererat’s legs and send her sprawling to the ground. But the creature is unnervingly quick, her hybrid form granting her a feral agility that allows her to leap over the sweeping blade at the last second, landing in a low crouch with a sneer curling her rodent-like features.
Seeing the opening, Verilich presses the attack. His three-section staff whistles through the air as he strikes with a powerful, crushing blow that connects solidly with the wererat’s torso, forcing a sharp exhale from her as ribs crack beneath the impact. For a brief moment, it seems like a devastating wound—until the unnatural resilience of her cursed blood takes hold. Before his eyes, the damage begins to mend itself, muscles and sinew knitting together at an alarming rate.
Unfazed, the wyvaran presses forward with a second strike, this one landing with less force but still biting into her flesh. Yet, once more, her unnatural fortitude prevails—the wound is shallow at best, and even that begins to heal within moments. The realization sets in: this creature is no ordinary foe, and if they are to bring her down, they will need more than brute force alone.

Khalid circled the wererat, his eyes locking onto her stance, waiting for the slightest opening. The bard’s song rang in his ears, fueling his resolve. With a sudden pivot, he swept low with his horsechopper, hooking the wererat’s legs and yanking hard. She snarled as her feet were torn from under her, her hybrid form hitting the ground with a thud.
“Finish her, boys!” Khalid barked.
Caius wasted no time. He flipped the silver dagger in his grip, the Thassilonian craftsmanship gleaming in the dim light. Stepping forward, he drove the blade down into the wererat’s chest. She shrieked, her body writhing as the silver seared into her flesh, blackening the wound. Unlike the others, this injury did not heal.
Her movements slowed. Then stopped.
The Tower Girl’s lifeless body slumped to the floor, the once-defiant gleam in her rodent-like eyes fading into nothingness. The battle was over.
Grymp
The stench of rats clings thick to the air, an oppressive mix of sour decay, unwashed fur, and the acrid tang of excrement. Spoiled food litters the floor in scattered crumbs, chewed clean to their edges by sharp, gnawing teeth. The scent of dander and filth is so pervasive it almost seems to coat the walls, lingering in the damp corners where the floorboards creak underfoot. And yet, beneath the miasma of infestation, an incongruous note lingers—a faint but unmistakable trace of lavender, its floral sweetness battling in vain against the reek of vermin.
A threadbare blanket is spread haphazardly across the floor, its edges gnawed and ragged. Nearby, an antique brass platter—once valuable but now dulled by grime—sits askew, bearing the remnants of a meager meal: bones picked clean, crusts of stale bread with telltale rodent bites, and a shriveled rind of something unidentifiable. A fine pottery basin, clearly stolen from a more refined dwelling, rests in one corner, filled with water steeped in lavender. It seems an almost absurd luxury amid the squalor, the delicate scent rising from its surface a feeble attempt to mask the filth surrounding it.
The platter is of Thassilonian make and is worth 100gp, and the pottery basin is worth 250gp.
Grymp
With that, you have cleared everything off of Crow Level 3. The obvious path to take is down the steps at the bottom of the map where the Tower Girl ran off. I am showing you the whole map now.
