Should I continue casting stabilize on the enemies? I think there's some ambiguity about whether Meitremar magically brainwashed them or if they just joined up with the cult of their own free will. The logistics of leaving a handful of people who were just on the brink of starving to death to oversee prisoners feels a bit improbable, but that doesn't seem like a good enough reason to let people die.

Dredd is not against stabilizing people, we can make sure they are bound. Also gives us an opportunity to talk to them. They could be brainwashed.
